Interesting - Our tour guide had many interesting stories about Prague's Castle. It was raining but still we had a great time. We somehow skiped the info that we need to prebuy tram tickets but our guide helped us on the spot.

Conquest of the White Army Castle - Our Guide, Blanco, has extensive knowledge of the subject and makes the history of the castle and the tour fun.

Fantastic tour - Juan Carlos Blanco took us as part of his army to conquer the largest castle in the world. He is certainly a Guide with high knowledge in History thanks to his training and you can see that he is passionate, he made our visit very enjoyable and fun

Good experience with the trip itself if I don't mention the last second, no heads-up route replacement. - Darjya was a knowledgeable guide, providing us with a lot of information about the history of Prague part we were going around with this trip.
However, I have to mention that we booked a Prague castle tour that was replaced last second with a Jewish quarter tour without any advanced notice from Tripadvisor.

Disappointed - The planned tour had apparently been cancelled and changed to an old town tour which we had done the previous day. Unfortunately no one from Viator informed us and no apology or refund has been offered .

Avoid at all costs!!! - We booked this tour because of the nice reviews, especially those of the tour guide Laura. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude, disrespectful, and generally unprofessional. First, she seemed to be out of it, as if she had a rough night or was high on something. Her breath smelled of alcohol. Second, she made several racist comments about the local “Roma” culture and thought it was funny. We didn’t. Third, she was blatantly flirting and being inappropriate towards my friend’s husband. She even tried to pass him a note with her number. Finally, she made a comment about someone in our group that was overweight, which we found absolutely appalling. Overall, I don’t know how she has such positive reviews and how our experience was so much different than the others. Needless to say, we will NEVER use your company again and this guide should be fired.
