If you like history and not having to worry about missing out... - My son and daughter and I had a great time. Worth it! We're also history lovers and our guide René brought the info all day long - fun time. You'll learn a lot and not have to worry about where to go to see it all.

Must see in Prague! - The guide was knowledgeable, helpful, and cheeky. It was a great tour; be prepared for walking and staying with the group amongst many other visitors. So much to learn about the architecture, rulers, and city's long and interesting history! It was nice that this tour drove us up to castle on a bus (as guide gave us a city overview); definite plus considering the amount of walking to see all the main sights of the huge palace complex, and then walking back to hotel. Would highly recommend, and as a history teacher, I was able to take a defenestration photo op without shame...yay!

Best of Prague - There were very few of us on the tour so we had a very personalised tour. Our guide, Sofie, was extremely knowledgeable and answered our questions as we drove around the town. We then toured the castle grounds on foot (entrance inside not included in the tour). Collected by the bus we then went on a boat trip, our guide pointed out buildings along the way. Drinks and food can be bought on the boat. We then walked to the Jewish Quarter and ended at the astronomical clock. So much information was shared, excellent value for money.

Exceeded our expectations - Jana was an excellent guide. The castle tour was enough to give you a feel of the history there, but not overwhelming. The best part was that you didn’t have to do the included River cruise the same day as the walking part. Delayed the River cruise by a day to have nicer weather to sit outside. Exceeded our expectations.

Small group with personal attention - Having such a knowledgeable guide Jana. Being picked up by bus instead of making our own way to the tram as so many other tours do. The bus tour went through fashionable district which was very nice

Memorable Trip - As it was our first visit to Prague, it was really useful to have the coach take us directly to the castle. As there were only three English speaking travellers, we were allocated our own english speaking tour guide. This then became almost a personal tour and Ava was very informative. We also appreciated the free river cruise and we were able to use that on a different day to the tour. This tour is highly recommended.

Guide was very... - Guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the tour. Castle was very grand and was great to hear the history of the architecture and people who lived there. Take good walking shoes (as with most of Europe!)

Good pricing for Prague Castle and Boat Cruise - I thought it was a good price for a knowledgeable guide and bus to Prague Castle. It was very nice to see inside the Old Royal Palace, St. George’s Basilica and St. Vitus Cathedral. It was good to hear all the history provided by our guide. The 1 hour Boat Cruise was a nice addition.

Abandoned at Golden Lane - A bit disorganized in the beginning. I am in a wheelchair and although there were people getting on a small bus, the guide had my husband and I wait, saying another bus is coming that would be for the tour. He was wrong. The guide told some interesting stories and was extremely helpful with the logistics of the wheelchair while in the castle. However there are 2 things- First, the boat for the cruise was quite a distance from the castle. We were left on our own to find our way there. For the cost, there should have been a bus to take us from the castle to the boat. Second, the guide literally abandoned us at the Golden Lane instead of at a train station as advertised. Getting out of Golden Lane was an adventure. We didn't know where we were going and it was difficult to navigate the very irregular cobblestones of the Golden Lane. Once we finally left the castle grounds, we found a taxi and just went back to our hotel, forgoing the river cruise.

Prague Castle tour - Our guide Carol, a 30 year veteran guiding in Prague, overloaded us with nonstop, rapid speak history. Full of dates and names and births and deaths and architects and kings and descendants and battles, etc. It was not interesting. She needed to tell us interesting stories and anecdotes in a brief space. She wanted to talk the entire tour. There were only two of us, and we had to stop her and ask her to summarize and stop giving 10 minute lectures. It really didn’t do any good, and we dismissed her after half the tour.
