The sites of Prague - Prague is an interesting city with lots to see. This tour covers most of it. Our tour guide was very nice and insightful. We got to spend enough time in each of the places.

Prague Highlights Tour - Angela was a wonderful guide for the Prague Castle Tour. She showed us how to get around on the public trams, guided us from the Old Town to the castle and told us all about Prague and recommended other things for us to see and do while we were there. Outstanding off the beaten path experience - Thomas was unbelievably knowledgeable. I loved going to a few out of the way pubs. We had a great time!! It was nice to get off the touristy beaten path to learn about Prague and beer.

Knowledgeable and personable tour guide - Daniel met us at our hotel and we began our tour on the way to the Castle district. He provided an overview of all the sights and areas as we made our way there giving us a great orientation to the city. He is extremely knowledgeable. He gave us a great understanding of a complex history and guided us to all the highlights. He was very personable and accommodating. I highly recommend this tour. It was just two of us but would also be great for families.

Beautiful castle, very nice experience. - The tour is a must do, but was hoping to see some more WOW areas of the castle even though our guide did a wonderful job explaining the history.

Audio guide not what we expected - We arrived at the castle with no real instructions on where to go. We went to the ticket office and were told to find the people with the umbrellas. Once we found them, we were told our audio guide would be our phone. We were not expecting this and both mine and my husband's phones are older and our batteries run down quickly. Luckily, our batteries were at about 75 percent. At first, they wanted us to use one phone for the two of us but my husband has Bluetooth hearing aids so they finally gave him his own code (by the way, you pay for two tickets so you should be able to use a phone for each ticket). Once codes were loaded and program and tour was started, we noticed that many of the numbered stops were skipped. Also, if we switched from the audio guide to camera, the audio would kick you off and you'd have to log back in to get back to the audio guide. The tour was informative, but we were disappointed that some of the numbered stops were skipped.
