Highlights
  • Prague Castle - Prague Castle, the largest castle complex in the world, is a highlight of any tour of Prague. This stunning architectural achievement, which took centuries to complete, reigns supreme from a hill above the rest of the city. The Castle, founded in 870, is also the seat of the Czech president. Dominating the complex is the breathtaking, mostly Gothic Saint Vitus’ Cathedral, which took a staggering 1,000 years to build. Under Emperor Charles IV, Prague Castle was the seat of the Holy Roman Empire. During darker days, Adolf Hitler occupied it. In rosier times, first democratic president Tomáš G. Masaryk and dissident-playwright-turned president Václav Havel ran the country from here.

Great walking tour of Prague - My husband and I had a great walking tour thru Viator with Ms. Nikola (I can't remember her first name). I was dealing with a back injury and not sure if I would able to do the tour but our guide was very accommodating. Although our hotel was pretty close to Prague Castle, she suggested we take an Uber to the castle to eliminate a lot walking, which worked out well. We did not go in the castle but walked around the grounds for about an hour and she pointed out and explained all the statutes, etc. We walked around the center, visited the Jewish Quarter, across the Charles Bridge, stopped at the very modern Franz Kafka statue. All the while getting good historical background for each area. Sorry I can't provide more detail as we have been traveling alot and hard to remember each day! We highly recommend this tour. Great overview of the area. Our guide was great about finding places for me to sit and take breaks, she even found a pharmacy/store so I could get more Tylenol and cold packs for my back! Also provided excellent restaurant recommendations for the rest of our stay in Prague.

Prague Cathedral is breathtaking! - The tour inside the cathedral was fabulous - so much history and so much art condensed inside a beautiful place of worship. Nikola presented a wealth of knowledge and answered all our questions.

BEST OF PRAGUE WITH PRIVATE PRAGUE GUIDE IN 2 GREAT TOURS - I’m writing to give feedback on our tour guide, Miss Gabriela. What a delightful time we all had. We are mature travelers… old 😉 She interpreted our needs & the preferences we had with great skill. Gabriela was always entertaining. She is humorous, quick witted & a joy to be around. We are thankful Gabriela was our guide. She was direct in communicating & always a step ahead of our next point of interest & the many questions of her participants. We would highly recommend her to other groups in Prague. We would also recommend your services as well. Thank you for your emails. You gave solid, knowledgeable answers to our questions. Again, we are so happy with you & your services.

Best Guide in Prague - Our tour with Tereza was fantastic--the best tour we had during our 10 days in Berlin, Prague and Krakow. Tereza was very knowledgeable and truly tailored the tour to us, a group of two couples. We covered a lot of ground in our 4 hours together, seeing most of the highlights of Prague in that time. Highlights include learning about Czech artist David Cerny who created the Head of Franz Kafka, seeing the Church of Our Lady on the Snow, taking the tram to Prague Castle, and meeting artist George Happy at his gallery in the Lesser Town. We asked her to recommend a place for dinner, and she took us to Cafe Slavia, known as a central meeting place for intellectuals since it was built in the 19th century. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was charming. We highly recommend this tour and Tereza!

Personalized, fun and engaging - Theresa was amazing. She asked about our personal preferences and customized what we saw to make sure we were engaged. She also made it personal by sharing some of her own family stories and had a ton of knowledge about the country and the history of the city.

Go with Tereza! - We spent an afternoon with Tereza, which was well worth it. Tereza was informative and fun, and gave us a lot of interesting and useful information about Prague. She also recommended good food and drinks options as we were keen on this. She took the time to try and customise the tour according to our interests. I would definitely recommend Tereza.
