In The Original Tour, we will transport you back in time through immersive audioguide, video mapping, light shows and projection to explain how the first pilsner beer was created. You will taste our golden beer while meeting our first brewmaster, and with your senses already stimulated, you will experience the brewing processes - our ingredients, the hot brewhouse, or chilly cellars! You will understand the importance of foam in each of the perfect Czech beer pours and, before leaving the storytelling floor, a lot of fun will be waiting for you in our 360° game hall.
The tour continues in our iconic Beer Hall upstairs, where you can taste two more beers served by our friendly tapsters or participate in one of our shows! And if you visit our brand shop, you can take home a personalized hand-engraved beer mug or a bottled Pilsner Urquell with your name on it.

What A Great Beer Experience! - This experience was a terrific way to immerse oneself into the history of the Czech Republic! The self guided tour was the perfect length, provided solid foundational history, and we walked away with lots of Pilsner knowledge. The visuals were engaging and the tastings were at great points along the way- middle & end. A favorite was the interactive game walls to educate and excite all ages on the tour. Don’t miss this experience! You will not be disappointed!!

Well, health! - Very interesting exhibition with lots of information about the production of Pilsner Urquell. The tasting from the barrel is particularly special.

Great experience! - Great experience! Unlike any museum I have been to before. Very engaging with beer tasting and different activities and elements to interact with throughout. You are given headphones to wear which leads you through the whole experience. You get two beer tokens at the end which can be exchanged for beers or soft drinks to have at our own pace. We were also given a 15% off food voucher if we wanted to come back the following day for food.

Brilliant - Great fun audio tour very interesting you get a small beer to try and then at end get token to use on any drink X2. We also had lunch there which was very tasty and bought some things in the gift shop. We both live in England i am half Czech and husband is English and we had decided before we came this was something we wanted to do even got myself a beer glass engraved with mz name

Definitely recommended for beer lovers! - With an audio guide in your language, you can experience the history of Pilsner beer in an entertaining way and on your own. At the end of the tour, you can enjoy two free beers and, if you wish, you can also enjoy a culinary treat (beef tartare!👍🏼). The music is casual and funky and invites you to stay a while longer. Clearly recommended!

Great fun and a good learning experience 🍺🍺👍 - On a group trip to Prague , we did the audio tour and afterwards the tapster experience.
All good …. Tapster was really interesting…. Lots of beer knowledge and practical pouring experience… success levels varied so made for much hilarity as snyts turned into mlekos 🤣🤣 & vica versa …. Our host Ondrej was great & tapped ( pun intended) into the mood …. Recommend…

Fun tour - I enjoyed the tour, but prefer tour guides to an audio program, the headsets were comfortable and did a decent job of presentation. The best part were the samples and the explanation of different pours on the beer, from a full pour, a snyt, and the milky pour which is mainly foam.

Decent beer but really short tour and pretty boring! - Went with a group of 4 and it was a pretty boring tour, you just do a short walk through with headphones on listening to audio about the history of the beer. You can't easily interact with who you're there with otherwise you end up missing a load of audio. Had no idea if we were in the right section each time so I think I was getting the wrong information in each section. Played a few interactive games which was fun but then the tour is over!
You do get 3 drink tokens to use in the bar upstairs and the beer is really good! Staff were helpful and friendly :)
It was alright, but definitely wouldn't go again. It's nothing on the Heineken experience in Amsterdam!

Overrated waste of money - Massively overrated. This was a just room after room of semi-animated illustrations with headset audio description best suited to a child and mostly out of sync. There was nothing 'real' to see we would've expected to actually see the beer making process but this was the equivalent of watching a few online reels. The tasting bar was difficult to understand what was being said and the back ground music was louder than the guide. Token exchanged for drinks at the end were half filled glasses. On the whole we were bored and underwhelmed. Not worth the money. Very disappointed.
