Spectacular Views of Prague - This dinner cruise provided wonderful views of Prague from the Vltava River, especially on the return trip when it had gotten darker and the lights were on the historic buildings.

Lovely boat trip - If you have more than 2 nights in Prague or back visiting a second time, this is worth doing for a semi romantic experience. The boat was clean and had loads of seating throughout which gets full quick. Whilst the price is fairly reasonable, I would recommend including the buffet as you are able to go up more than once and there is a variety of food for everyone. The serve was average; I would recommend getting a couple of drinks straight away otherwise you may not get much chance throughout the trip. There was live music on the roof which I thought was a lovely touch and the views were stunning during the course of the evening. If sitting with strangers is not your thing however then this may not be for you. We met two lovely couples from around the world, so have no regrets, this didn’t make more stars though as the service was not the best and felt as if it was poorly organised once the boat was moving.

Good food, but poor directions to find boat. Take another one that has hotel pickup! - The dinner cruise itself was very good. But getting to the boat was much more difficult than we had anticipated. There's no hotel pickup, unlike other options we might have booked. We had to walk to a ticket kiosk in Republic Square to get our tickets, then figure out how to get to the boat quite far away! That meant figuring out the Prague tram system, then crossing a long bridge on foot. Once on the other side, there were no signs, just over a dozen boats lined up below us on the river. Which one was ours???? Who the heck knows??!! Fortunately, we found another kiosk with a lady who could decipher the Czeck scribbles on our tickets; she was able to point us to "Pier 2-B" down the stairs to our ship. Without this angel, we would have missed our cruise! These guys really need to provide more information up front for travelers like us. I mentioned this to our Viking rep in our hotel; they were surprised that hotel pickup was not included. I never never would have booked this had I known how complicated it would have been!! Back to the cruise itself. It began with a free glass of Prosecco. The boat has a glass top so you get nice views of the city. There was a buffet with two lines, one with charcuterie and other apps, and another with dinner. Ham, pasta, vegetables, scalloped potatoes, mashed potatoes, plenty of choices. Drinks were extra. Around $10 for a glass of wine. Bottom line: thumbs up for the cruise;but down for getting to it.

Complex Arragmement to get on cruise - This tour is set up thru Viator thru another intermediate and then to the final tour entity. So we had to walk from the river to a third party and then back down to the river. All this may have been fine if the arrangements to get on cruise were laid out including relevant times.

A lovely dinner on The River Vltava River - We wanted to have a night view of Prague. This option was chosen as it provides a cruise, a tour of the town, and a dinner. The dinner was buffet style. It was good as there were quite a variety. The views at night were spectacular except it was a bit cold on the outside deck. We expected the guide to tell us about the various buildings we saw but she did not. Otherwise it was quite good for a first time experience.

Too long - Dinner cruise was too long and just continually went back and forth seeing the same things for 3 hours.

Upset rider - The tour operator needs major improvement. We were sent to an information booth in a square that is no way close to where the boat was. Then we we told we had to walk 15 minutes to get to the boat. The woman gave us wrong directions and we almost missed the boat. I messaged the tour operator and asked them to call me no one called. You should just be able to go straight to the boat. We had 2 older people and spent 35 Euros to get to the booth. Then we were told we had to get to the boat. I had my tickets on the phone already. Plus we had trouble getting a Uber. It was a total waste of time.
