On their own they are not considered attractions but you need to understand why they are here before you can understand why the Old Town and Jewish Quarter looks like it does. Although not considered attractions you’ll also be introduced to the Stolpersteine (Stumble Stones) project, learn some Czech, interpret building identifiers, recognise building design styles, get tips on local food/drink and a raft of other local tips from more than 20 years living here. On Prague's Old Town Square (Number 12) you will see a large light orange coloured and highly decorative building with a stone balcony and two entry archways underneath. This is the Kinsky Palace. As you face the building I will be beside the entry on your right.

Worthwhile half day option - Like most European cities, Prague is very walkable. You certainly can read up on it on your own, but a local guide brings things alive a little bit more. We had a group of 7 (4 adults, 3 college-age kids), and Jason did well to keep us all engaged for the duration of the tour. The pace was self-directed, but he would have sped things up if it was stagnating and lingered when we were engrossed. He also gave us the flexibility of choosing an itinerary which appealed to us specifically while still covering some of the "main attractions". Jason has lived in the area for a long time and knows it like a local. He is from the UK, so his English is excellent obviously.

Excellent Livingprague tour - I loved my Livingprague tour. It was the right size and paced well. Our guide was very knowledgeable, funny and easy to understand. I would highly recommend him! Susan

Jason The 5 Star Guide. - This Tour Was Highly Recommended By Our Driver. So Going By This We Booked A Private Tour Of Prague Highlights, Some Probably Not Known To Everyone Without Local Knowledge.
Jason Our Guide Was A Walking Encyclopedia Of Interesting Facts About Pragues History And Attractions. Be Prepared To Be Amazed By His Oration, Factual And Amusing With Personal Experiences Thrown In As We Travelled On Foot And Tram Around This Amazing City. We Did Stop For Coffee,Tea And The Necessary Toilet Stop.
Jason Packed Into Our Time Many Interesting Places And Also Recommendations For Food And Gift Shops, He Will Tailor The Tour To Your Interests If You Would Like To See Specific Sites Which Was Nice.
We Certainly Enjoyed Our Tour With Jason And Would Highly Recomnend This Tour.

Walking the Jewish Quarter with Jason - My husband and I really enjoyed Jason’s tour. I had hurt my knee upon arrival in Prague the day before, and he made sure that I could keep pace. Jason is very informative and kind. We learned a lot and loved the tour and Prague. We can highly recommend Jason and his company. It was wonderful. Next time in Prague we will take his other tours.

Great tour! - Fantastic tour! Jason is a fun and knowledgeable guide. The tour was a highlight of our trip to Prague. At our request, he was able to create a private tour for us that included locations in Old Town, the Jewish Quarter, and filming sites from the movie Amadeus. Highly recommend!

Great introduction to Prague. Highly recommended - Jason was a great host for our walking tour. He gave out great information and was very knowledgeable answering all our numerous questions. He definitely is a great guide and his English is flawless!

Enlightened - This was the best tour of our entire trip. Accommodations were made for my husband‘s lap and the plethora of information given made our pro experience much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this customized , worthwhile tour.

Great little tour and guide! - We really enjoyed our tour with Jason on our recent visit to Prague. I was really grateful we decided to book this particular tour as some of the many (many) tour groups around were so big and it would have been difficult to understand and keep up with the guide. Our tour with Jason was a good length, personal and packed with lots of historical and local info. I liked that Jason always was aware of where we all were. Would definitely recommend, especially if English is your first language and would definitely do another tour with Living Prague if we visit again. Thanks.

Third Reich Tour of Prague with Jason - We booked a private tour of Prague during the Third Reich years with Jason. He expertly wove historical details with human interest stories over 2.5 hours in Old Town Prague. Jason is a marvelous story-teller, and we were awed at deep knowledge. He is also the author of the LivingPrague website, which is a treasure trove of information about Prague -- it was my go-to reference when I was doing research about the city. At the end of the tour, he steered us to an excellent restaurant, Lokal, which features Czech cuisine at moderate prices. Jason's tours are an excellent value.
