Good tour, recommended.. - Nice walk with a good tour guide (Thanks Susan!), we enjoyed the explanations (in English as we booked for the English version), the walking is not overly long and you will get to interesting places i hidden areas that are not accessible publicly.. recommended also for kids. We did it in the early evening when it was already dark for the extra kick

You have to use your imagination to enjoy this tour - We went on this tour because it was advertised as old town (which was the location),medieval underground and dungeon historical tour. The tour guide was very informative and gave us a lot of information but at times I couldn’t understand a word she was saying because she spoke very fast and she spoke English with an American accent and I found it difficult to follow. We saw 3 different locations but we walked so fast from one location to the next that I couldn’t keep up because I am overweight and have arthritis,I felt so upset for slowing everyone down and I was ready to leave a few times.I missed the information on a couple of stops because I was behind and nobody tried to slow down to accommodate me.The last location that was supposed to be a dungeon left me underwhelmed to say the least. The guide tried her best to make it more impressive but she had very little to work with-a few torture instruments that were not very convincing and some medieval weapons that were realistic but not enough to creat the necessary atmosphere. The whole concept felt a bit like it was thrown together in a hurry to try to make some money from the tourists and leave it all to the guide’s ability to trigger their imagination. The guide did a very good job actually;if it wasn’t for I would have asked for my money back !!! What made the worst impression on me was how very little effort was made to ensure that the sites we visited were safe. There were very steep steps without any or not enough protective railings on more than one occasion-you had to lean against the wall for any support and I felt scared that I was going to fall. The steps were so high ;I am only 5 feet tall and I really struggled to decent or climb up.It feels that these tours are geared towards the young and very fit tourists and I think a warning should be given at the time of booking for the rest of us.Overall I enjoyed the information and effort the guide made to make it interesting but I was left unimpressed and I didn’t feel that I got the real feeling of medieval Prague. Again, please look into the health and safety issues and try to improve the facilities.Obviously this tour is not for the disabled or people with mobility issues.

Excellent guide, very entertaining. - We went through several basement rooms with props everywhere. The tour guide was very jolly and had very good sense of humour -- kept us entertained with stories and descriptions. We had two children so the tour guide quite successfully managed to stay less graphic about his description (which we all missed, sadly, and wondered why would parents wish to bring children below 10 on a dungeon tour!!!). All in all a very enjoyable event that could have been a little better.

Nice experience - Lovely experience made fun by Clara S. We've learnt fun facts about the ghosts of Prague and Clara's costume, attitude and jokes definitely made it worth it.

Not worth the time - This tour was not as advertised - we visited 3 staged basements & a few sites outside. Our guide Susan was practically running to the next venue, & when requested to wait for everyone her response was I have a schedule to keep. Would not recommend this tour
