Perfect day trip from Prague - This trip is a great opportunity to visit Terezin with an excellent guide and driver. Highly recommended for learning about this part of Czech ww2 history.

A great experience - Visiting Terezín from Prague was a deeply moving and unforgettable experience. The tour was very well organised from start to finish, with comfortable transport and clear communication throughout.
Our guide was knowledgeable, respectful, and handled such a sensitive historical topic with real care. Learning about the history of Terezín Concentration Camp in person is something that truly stays with you — it gives a powerful perspective you simply can’t get from books or documentaries alone.
The pace of the tour was just right, allowing enough time to take everything in without feeling rushed. It’s not an easy visit emotionally, but it’s incredibly important and educational.
I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Prague who wants to understand more about history and pay their respects. A very well-run and meaningful experience.

Terezin’s history - My daughter and I were thankful we booked this tour. The guide provided historical background on the drive to Dresden which prepared us for the tour at Terezin. Very informative and an important part of history we should all understand.

Best way to visit Terezin from Prague - Great way to experience this important site. Good info provided on drive and all parts were well explained. The transportation between the sites was really helpful. Thos was much easier than trying to reach by public bus from Prague.

Bad experience, terrible guide - Disappointing experience with a guide that didn't give us time to see anything. Part of the people in the group that were Spanish speaking received the tour guide that was booked with the activity itself & rode with us in the bus. We could see how she took the other group into different rooms and areas and explained along the way. The English speaking group was kept in the courtyard and not given any time to really see the rooms that the guide explained about. She just said "there's nothing to see there." So if there's nothing to see, why did I spend time and money on this activity and not able to see anything? Also, you are taking away from the tremendous importance of Terezin by saying this. What an insult to the memries of those that suffered and died there. Also, there was a large statue which was clearly a memorial. When I asked what it was depicting and the significance of it, simply was told “it’s a memorial for the victims.” Very poor quality guide. More upsetting is that after informing Viator of this issue, was informed that as the tour took us to each site-despite not being giving time to see most of it- they had fulfilled their obligations and would not issue a refund.

Horrifying ordeal - We were doing this excursion to Tezerin with the guide *Karol*, first say that we traveled a lot both for pleasure and work and had never lived what we lived with this guide, he told us that he was fluent in Spanish and what we can tell you is that if he spoke it, but one thing is to speak it and another is to know how to explain, things that this guide did not do, to that must be added the lack of education, his dictatorial way of acting, did not admit any debate, if you asked him something because we had not been clear, he was upset and raised his voice explained it again but with an inappropriate tone, treating us as elementary school children, he behaved like an old teacher drawing our attention continuously, also comment that we lacked to see many things that were there and that we had seen published on the Internet. In a nutshell this lady bittered us the morning and ruined the excursion that was paid on top.
As I have explained before we travel a lot and do countless tours..I have never seen such a denigrating treatment to some customers.... Final evaluation of the paid excursion to Terenzin *NEFASTA*, sorry but we will never repeat with you again.
