HELLO FROM MY GASTRONOMIC HAVEN

I am Ladislav, a young and passionate chef who takes great joy in delighting others with culinary creations. I’ve had the privilege of working in some of the finest Michelin star establishments across Europe and have hosted numerous well-received pop-up tastings around the globe. Additionally, I have had triumphant participations in various national and international culinary contests, having worked in the kitchens of Austria, England, Greece and Malta.

The ten-course menu I offer has been received with much enthusiasm by my guests who often liken the experience to dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

At present, my food and drink Airbnb experience in Prague is among the top-rated.

The cuisine I offer bustles with creativity, piques curiosity and is loaded with an array of robust flavours. I primarily concentrate on Central European cuisine that showcases traditional ingredients such as a delightful assortment of vegetables, mushrooms, homemade cheeses, and carefully chosen locally sourced meats.
