Aida will provide a comprehensive explanation of each Czech meal, its signature wines, key ingredients used and the distinct tastes of the locality. By the closing of the class, you will have gained significant knowledge about Czech gastronomy and feel equipped to duplicate these meals at your home.

Cooking joy! - What a cool experience getting to know the foundation dishes we enjoyed while cooking with Bret! Not only did we enjoy the cooking experiences, but also learned so much about local history and wines appreciated by the family. It was a joy sharing time with the other participants and tasting the dishes we were guided to create! So much more than just a cooking class! Well done!
