Clean, well-organized and the perfect amount of time - This was a very well run cruise, orderly boarding, and a smooth ride on the river. The electric boat was very clean and we sat on top with excellent views. Due to the locks the boat is limited where it can go, but we were able to motor under the Charles Bridge, then turn around and go in the other direction with nice views of the majestic buildings along the river. The Prosecco was served in a nice champagne flute which was very elegant. For us an hour was the perfect amount of time to enjoy a drink (or two --you can buy more on board) and see the sights from the river. Would definitely recommend this as a different way to enjoy Prague.

Change of attitude, change of heart. - It seems important to me to reconsider an opinion if the reason for the adverse opinion relates to an incident encountered (see my previous opinion). It was not the cruise itself that I had noted since the route had not been respected. Faced with the problem, we had not obtained any compensation on the spot. When we arrived in France, we contacted the company to express our dissatisfaction. And, to our surprise, we were refunded as soon as possible. Also, I want to thank the manager for his honesty.
