Good customer satisfaction service looks different! - Frequent very long stops. Not a single trip was made without interruption. It hasn't just caused me resentment. During the boat tour, the passengers (customer) were left waiting outside in the cold, although the cleaning on board was already complete.

Sellers - scammers - bus - very bad. - Sellers in the street are scammers, they sold us ticket for Big bus, later we found, they can not even sell this because of the laws in Czeck republic. Busses were all time late, some departures during the day were canceled, because they did not have enough buses. The audio guide was terrible and very bad working. I would never do this again and I would never buy something in the street again.

Your ok, if and when the bus turns up - The tour itself is okay, the commentary could coincide with the sights a little more and the tour bus staff were friendly and helpful enough. However, today we had to wait 45 mins for a bus at Wencelas Square and then 50 minutes after the river cruise - we eventually gave up and got a taxi back to the hotel because it was freezing. I know the traffic is terrible but there clearly are not a lot of buses on the route. Shame.

Save your money - take public transport - Very expensive, not worth the money, don't bother. Commentary on red bus is by AI and is laughable, overall commentary is appalling. Boat tour was pleasant but commentary inaudible. Trams and metro are excellent and cheap - get a guide instead for the history

What no views - Terrible follow the expressway out of the city. Stop at the Hilton hotel. Views none existent for €32 don’t waste your money.

Worst experience - It’s a complete waste of time and money. Do not ha me it. Many of the points mentioned are worthless and you can go only in one direction. Bus drives very slow and stops for 5-10 mins on all the stops. Not recommended at all.

Not worth it, very poor - My wife and I booked the two 24 hr hop on hop off tickets €32 each on the Big Bus Service and it just wasn’t worth it. You would be better off just walking around or taking the public Trams. We did it hoping for a bit of insight into some of the history of the city and building but the info on the audio guide was very brief as the bus drive quickly through the city.and there was no opportunity to absorb your surroundings. On the green line the bus is a small single decker 30 seater. The red line was a large double decker with an open top double decker but the audio guide didn’t work for the majority of that journey. When we said it to the staff they were unhelpful and just said it wasn’t available currently which was fairly obvious to us. We definitely would not recommend it or use it again

Avoid - Worse service. Timetable is a waste of time, always running late with no apology. Waited twice for 1 hour for bus.. Prague sightseeing red bus looked more regular. Don’t waste your money!!!!
