Prague Castle - It was very good. The tour guides are very helpful and kind. It was very organized. We like it. Thank you.

Wonderful - The castle is wonderfully preserved and beautiful. Also loved St. Vitus Cathredal which took 700 years to build and reflected the changing architectural styles. Viatar’s skip the line was great for 2 reasons: 1. You didn’t have to wait for your tickets which saved us at least 20 minutes; and 2. The representative who met us gave us a brief overview then suggested some “don’t miss” things to see. All in all a worthwhile investment.

Full of history - Excellent! Our guides were visable with the blue and white umbrellas. No need to queue for tickets because they already had them. Lots of information given about the Castle and you could go back to them at any point. An absolute must when visiting Prague to go to the Castle.

Refund wanted as we had no guide ? - That there was no guide ? I said to the guide are you coming with us and he goes no take care ? Refund wanted asap?

Sadly, Not worth the money - The instructions to meet the guide to get tickets was confusing. When we did the guide was not very welcoming; he was focused on his phone. The ‘30 min introduction’ by the guide was not very informative; he raced through it and seemed disinterested. He did ask if there were any questions but he didn’t really leave room for people to ask. The premium paid for ‘skip the line’ wasn’t worth it - there were crowds and ticket booths everywhere and I don’t believe skip the line is necessary. Our ticket was also limited to just four locations, not the entire complex. We were disappointed in the experience.

Not worth it - This may be worth the price at the height of tourist season, but it wasn’t worth it today. You only skip the line to purchase tickets. You still have to wait in line to enter the cathedral. The line for the cathedral when we went at 14:00 on a Sunday was virtually non-existent anyway. The very brief introduction, was really just a physical orientation to the locations of the four sites that the tickets enabled you to enter within the castle grounds. If you can read the map that comes with the ticket, you don’t need someone to tell you where the sites are. The “guide” provided very little context or history related to the sites that you then (after the 15 min talk from the guide) go to visit completely on your own. Because Tripadvisor purchased the tickets for you, if you want to purchase the audio tour, you would have to go stand on the ticket line anyway, which would defeat the purpose of skipping the one line that you got to skip for the $32 you paid. All said, this purchase was not worth it as it provided almost no added value.

Poor castle experience - The Prague castle is entirely overrated and was a very disappointing experience. Do yourself a favor and invest your money and time on anything better.

Disappointing, use a different tour service - The tour operator was not helpful and the application to download the audio guide doesn’t work. It would have been better to use the handheld guide the castle offers. With no audio guide, this tour was hard to enjoy since there was no context to what you were seeing.

Prague castle and grumpy stewards - Let's get this clear this skip the line part is NOT skip the line to the cathedral, it is a skip the line for buying tickets only you do NOT skip the line at all !!!!. Sat in a cafe writing this review as everywhere is soooooooo packed you are queuing outside in the cold for AGES !!!!! I believe this should not be put down as wheelchair accessible as actually even though there is a wheel hair lift into the Palace, which is basically a rectangular room you could not possibly take a wheelchair anywhere else, people listen up even though it says the Cathederal is free of charge online the cathedral is NOT free of charge, you get to the turnstile and tou are turned away by 2 of the most grumpiest men on planet earth rude moody shouty made a 76 year old woman cry and a 80 year old man very worried indeed. Prague Castle is beautiful on the outside but not very much to read or look at inside to be honest I wouldn't bother... whereas some museums have interactive activities or dress rooms to look like olden days etc no effort made at all and this ticket does not warrant the price very very very dissapointed pushy shovey rude and grumpy people not for me thankyou

Don’t buy. Mis-selling - Mis-sold! It doesn’t allow skip in line! You join the same line for all public, over-charged. Do not buy from Viator. They rip you off! But from direct from the venue instead
