Truly Immersive Exprerience - I always enjoy a classical concert when I am in Prague. This is St. Nicholas Church on Old Town Square. There are steps to climb on entering the church. I booked online and got a very good Senior discount which made the concert half the price of another concert I took in last year. I sat in the pews originally, but then I noticed there were chairs in the center aisle which were fine as I was traveling solo. It gave a better view of the alter where the musicians play. But the view of the musicians is somewhat obstructed due railings around the alter. The sound is so immersive, which to me is the real appeal of these concerts.

Good music, but not what the pricture advertised - The organ music was excellent. The church had amazing architecture and acoustics. But from the photo advertising this concert, we were expecting at least a string quartet, and a choral group. So this was something of a disappointment. The three musicians (one vocalist) were excellent, but did most of their performance from behind the audience from the balcony. At the end they did move to the front of the church where we could see them, and sang a few recognizable songs in English. the most memorable being "think of Me" from "Phantom of the Opera." Again, the musicians were accomplished, but this was not what we were expecting.

Excellent but remember “there behind you” - Fantastic experience and well worth while however a bit a introduction would have went a long way. The organist and solo singer spent 90% of the concert behind the audience in the upper section of the church. I get this due to the requirement to use the church organ and it wouldn’t have stopped me attending as the music was first class but a little intro to explain would have been much appreciated. Feels a bit weird looking forward when the action is behind you. Still very good performance in a fantastic setting!

Starring at Nothing - The view of the church impressive, but unfortunately to hear the organist and the singer, you had to turn your head and even then you wouldn't be able to enjoy and see them. Don't get me wrong, it was beautiful the music, however it was only the last song that they came down and sang in front of us. It's a shame a little camera and projector couldn't be used for us to see them without either having to twist our necks or stare blankly in front of us at nothing.

Disappointed - The musicians were very good--mezzo, oboist, and organist/pianist. However, we were expecting at least a chamber-sized ensemble that plays close to the original orchestration. Instead, we merely heard organ or oboe/piano versions originals.

Avoid - not as advertised !! - Falsely advertised event - suggests one hour concert/performance but actually 9 mins performance and 51 mins listening to pipe music in uncomfortable (although beautiful) church. Avoid - not worth wasting an hour!!

Angry - Ordered 4 tickets for a concert at St. Nicholas Church in Prague. Unfortunately there are 2 St. Nicholas churches in Prague and no address information on tickets 😡 Obviously we arrived at the fake church and had to order a taxi to change location and arrived 20 minutes late 😡😡 In the future put at least one address on your tickets

Disappointing. Photo is misleading - The photo is misleading. There were only 3 performers. Much of the concert was performed behind the audience at the pipe organ. We saw 3 other church or synagogue concerts in Prague and they were all much better.
