Highlights
- Bè Genuine Home Experience - The meeting place is located a few steps from the main beach (La Praia), the NaturArte artistic route and the very famous Praiano watchtower. Once they arrive home, our guests will sit down to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get to work. They will prepare the starter, two types of pasta and sauce (depending on the preparation) and the dessert, using products from our garden or from our fishing moments, following our family’s recipes. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the handcrafted digestive or digestives. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience. The menu and recipes vary based on seasonality and the harvest in the garden and the daily catch. Below are some menu examples.

Welcome to our family! We are Rocco and Carla, and along with our little helper Alexandro and Mamma Annamaria, we eagerly await your arrival for a unique experience. Our shared passion for good food and our extensive experience in the restaurant industry have inspired our project: to blend culinary passion, family traditions, and wholesome food made with products from our land. Even Papa Beniamino (BÈ) delighted guests from around the world in the 60s with his culinary creations. Since 2019, we have dedicated ourselves full-time to offering hospitality that feels “just like family.” Nothing makes us prouder than sharing our recipes, traditions, and love for food, preserving its memory intact.

Authentic, fun, and delicious! - Rocco and Carla were awesome! Their home was beautiful and we had a great experience. Very authentic and the food was delicious. Would 10/10 recommend!

Homey cooking class - LOVED our cooking class! Rocco & Carla were so so sweet & helpful Rocco even wakes me & my Sisters to the bus stop so we wouldn’t get lost!
Carla is such a knowledgeable & cool women. We loved her.
The food was delicious! We had wine the whole time & was hosted in their backyard. It just felt so homey & the farthest thing from touristy.
We came from Positano where it was crazy loud & touristy to this sleepy town & it was lovely

Fantastic Experience! Book it!!! - We had an exceptional experience with Rocco and Carla! No words to describe how much we enjoyed our time. The food, wine, dessert, atmosphere, and conversation were all first rate. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cooking class in the area. This is a must. A massive highlight of our time in Italy!

Back to Basics with Pasta and Wine - We had a wonderful evening with Rocco, his wife, and even his 4 year old son who was a huge Marvel fan made an appearance. We learned how to make several different types of pasta shapes and indulged in some incredible homemade wine;. A wonderful evening that I would highly recommend.

Amazing 10/10!!!!!! - This cooking experience was truly incredible, authentic, and something not to miss out on! We had vegan requirements and Rocco and his wife did amazing to accommodate. We learnt how to make all different shapes of pasta, and cooked two based on which we liked. They gave us an amazing homemade bread aperitif on the house and welcome drinks as well. 5 stars is not enough!!!! Make sure to go.

Best cooking class in Praiano - Such an amazing experience so glad we did this cooking class, so authentic. You can see Clara and Rocco’s passion for sharing their knowledge and their amazing home grown produce and locally sourced ingredients. Spectacular outdoor undercover area with beautiful scenic views and shaded from the sun. Delicious food and homemade wine.

Amazing Cooking Experience - Rocco and Carla welcomed us into their family and treated us to such an amazing experience. We learned to make many types of pasta shapes and had amazing home made wine. The entire time I was taken aback by the views, food, and their kindness. 100% recommend.

Incredible food, company, and views! - My wife and I really enjoyed the intimate and relaxed cooking and dining experience created by Carla and Rocco. They brought us into their home garden and truly made our lunch one of a kind. Both Rocco and Carla were very personable and enjoyable to be around, answering all of our question and of course the food was delicious. It was a perfect mix of teaching and learning with privacy to enjoy the courses as if we were on a date. We highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to learn how to cook authentically as well as have a peaceful lunch/dinner while looking at the beautiful coast of Praiano.

Best part of the trip!! Book it! - This was the highlight of our trip to the Amalfi coast! We can't emphasize enough just how fun and authentic this experience is. The views from Rocco and Carla's beautiful home are magnificent, their positive energy and warmness make you feel right at home, and the freshness of the food is impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to return again!
Also as soon as we returned home I made these recipes again, that's how delicious they were!
