Once they arrive home, our guests will sit down to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get to work. They will prepare the starter, two types of pasta and sauce (depends on the preparation) and the dessert, using products from our garden or from our fishing moments, following our family’s recipes. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the handcrafted digestive or digestives. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience. The menu and recipes vary based on seasonality and the harvest in the garden and the daily catch. Below are some menu examples.

Our shared passion for good food and our combined experiences in the restaurant industry have brought our project to life: blending culinary passion, family traditions, and wholesome food made with products from our land. Even Papa Beniamino (BÈ) delighted guests from around the world in the 60s with his culinary creations. Since 2019, we have dedicated ourselves full-time to offering you hospitality that feels “just like family.” Nothing makes us prouder than sharing our recipes, traditions, and love for food, preserving its memory intact.

The best Amalfi experience - This was the best experience we booked on the Amalfi coast. Rocco and Carla could not have been more welcoming, sweet, and hospitable throughout the experience. We learned all about their culture, traditions, and family. And the food rivals any restaurant in Praino or Positano. 10/10 would recommend.

Best Amalfi coast cooking class - This was the best experience we had during our time on the Amalfi coast. This family has lived in the Amalfi coast for 8 generations and were excited to share their cooking, culture, and tradition with us. They made us feel right at home and we had so much fun cooking, drinking, taking in the views, and getting to know them. Oh and the food was just as good if not better than every restaurant we’ve been to. 10/10 would recommend.

Good for vegans and non-vegans. Amazing experience. - Incredible experience! I was the only vegan in the group and they had everything so well organized that I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything. The outdoor kitchen in the garden was really cool and the host was really welcoming and fun. The wine was flowing and absolutely delicious - I definitely recommend the wine tasting upgrade. I'm excited to practice what we learned and make some delicious pasta now that we're home!

Best food in Italy. Great conversations. - This was the best food in Italy. Rocco and Carla were some of the nicest people I ever met. The food was amazing as well. The appetizers were amazing. The fresh pasta was the best pasta I ever had. The desert was great and very unique. Rocco and Clara had awesome stories and were so easy to talk to. They are amazing teachers and we learned a lot. I will definitely try to make these recipes again at home. The atmosphere outside on the patio was amazing and very pretty. I have no complaints, and it was worth every single cent.

Incredible cooking class - This was an absolutely amazing experience. I would highly recommend this Cooking Class. The view was amazing. The house and setting were charming. The food was simple easy to make delicious and something I feel I can make it home. And Rocco and Karla are the best!! She is an incredible cook and very knowledgeable. I wish I could record her or take a class from her every week. What a blessing to have her knowledge!
If you are deciding between classes, I would highly recommend a cooking session with them. It is very small and intimate really perfect.
They also made a great recommendation for us to get dinner locally the following evening, which we absolutely followed! We hope to go back again !

Great Cooking and visiting - This cooking experience was excellent! We really enjoyed the setting in Rocco and Carla’s out door kitchen area, the small group was great and we got to spend time cooking, eating drinking wine and visiting, all were awesome! Time flew by and we visited well past the 2 hours the class was scheduled for. We got to learn about so much more than just cooking learning from local hosts that know the area we were also recommended to several other great restaurants and experiences on the Amalfi Coast.
We would recommend Rocco and Carla without hesitation to anyone looking for an genuine local cooking experience, we hope to return on our next trip to the Amalfi Coast.

Warm and heartfelt - We had such a wonderful time with Rocco and Carla during our home cooking experience in Praiano! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Rocco and Carla are such a warm, kind-hearted couple—it truly felt like we were spending an evening with old friends.
The setting was absolutely beautiful, with a charming patio and the perfect coastal ambiance. We made fresh pasta with Carla, who kept us laughing with her wit and warmth, and Rocco shared great stories and fishing tips. The meal we enjoyed together was delicious—authentic, comforting, and made with so much love. The homemade wine was the perfect touch.
We were also joined by a fun couple, which made the experience even more special. It was one of the most heartwarming and memorable nights of our trip. A truly wholesome and unforgettable experience—we’ll always treasure.

I could not recommend... - I could not recommend Rocco and Carla’s cooking class any higher to any guest wanting a TRULY authentic cooking experience on the Amalfi Coast. This experience is truly farm to table with Rocco and Carla growing everything that we ate in either their backyard or receiving the ingredients from local friends. The group will never be more than six people, which also leads to this authentic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and you taste three wines locally made, as well. Once again, I could not recommend this experience any more highly to anyone wanting a fantastic, authentic cooking experience.

Rustic Pasta Class - Rocco and Carla were excellent hosts! The wine tasting was a nice addition. This was all homemade wine from Rocco's family grapes. We did make our pasta, but Carla did the cooking, as this was done in the garden. She was a wealth of knowledge and gladly shared that with us. If you are looking for a typical tourist cooking class that is all hands on with everyone in aprons participating, this isn't for you. It was a nice relaxing evening of some learning, a little participation and lots of enjoyable visiting!
