- Via Gradillo - The meeting place is located a few steps from the main beach (La Praia), the NaturArte artistic route and the very famous Praiano watchtower. Once they arrive home, our guests will sit down to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get to work. They will prepare the starter, two types of pasta and sauce (depends on the preparation) and the dessert, using products from our garden or from our fishing moments, following our family’s recipes. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the handcrafted digestive or digestives. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience. The menu and recipes vary based on seasonality and the harvest in the garden and the daily catch. Below are some menu examples.

Our shared passion for good food and our combined experiences in the restaurant industry have brought our project to life: blending culinary passion, family traditions, and wholesome food made with products from our land. Even Papa Beniamino (BÈ) delighted guests from around the world in the 60s with his culinary creations. Since 2019, we have dedicated ourselves full-time to offering you hospitality that feels “just like family.” Nothing makes us prouder than sharing our recipes, traditions, and love for food, preserving its memory intact.

Great class and a taste of local life - We had a wonderful and very local, non touristy experience with a wonderful family, great food and a gorgeous setting. I can’t wait to try these recipes at home. We are so happy we found this class!

Fantastic experience with beautiful owners - We had a fantastic time at our pasta and desert making experience with Rocco and Carla. Such a beautiful location, delicious wine and food to welcome us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend this experience to anyone. Our 11 year old and 8 year old daughters especially enjoyed the hands on experience of making homemade pasta. Thank you Rocco and Carla, we wish you all the best in the future with your amazing business and hope one day our paths cross again. The Cauchi Family ❤️

Genuine Italian food with a genuine Italian family! Amazing! - Rocco was quick to respond and very communicative. He was very prompt and friendly. If you’re looking for a genuine Italian cooking lesson, in a genuine Italian home (not an indoor kitchen but an outside kitchen), with a genuine Italian family, then this is the cooking lesson you will enjoy. We started with bruschetta and their family made white wine, which led into preparing stuffed eggplant (My personal favorite of the day and I didn’t think I liked eggplant!), moving on to their family made red wine while we had fun making two different kinds of pasta of our choosing. While the eggplant was cooking and the pasta sauce and noodles (cooked al dente)as well, we made our desserts which consisted of sweetened mascarpone and mascarpone with cacao, in layers with cookies, drizzled in homemade mandarin juice made from the tree right next to where we were cooking. While our desserts,were chilling, we started our meal and enjoyed amazing food and wonderful company. We finished with their homemade liqur and our homemade desserts. It was amazing. Could not have asked for a better morning/afternoon. Can’t wait to make the eggplant! Thank you Rocco and Karla!

Wonderful Cooking Class - We had an incredible time at Rocco and Carla’s cooking class. Sitting in their beautiful garden, making pasta, drinking delicious homemade organic wine, learning about their farm to table approach to cooking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great authentic experience on the Amalfi coast

A fantastic cooking class! - Rocco and Carla put on such a fun cooking class in their garden space which was beautiful and comfortable. We had a decent-sized group (10) but Carla and Rocco set a stage which made it feel like being together with long time friends.
We made dinner and dessert which turned out terrific and the homemade wine was an added bonus.
Would recommend and would do again. 10/10!

Great chat, food, and wine 🍷 - The family is super genuine and fun and I really enjoyed the experience. We've never made homemade pasta before and it was surprised how easy it is to get started. I'm not gonna be a master like them, but I'll definitely be cooking my family when I get home! Also, remember to try out the wine when you get there. They don't sell it. So this is your only shot to try it. It's amazing.

Amazing authentic cooking class - I had such a wonderful time at this authentic cooking class! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, like stepping into a friend’s kitchen. The instructor was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly passionate about sharing the traditions behind each recipe. I loved learning not just how to cook the dishes, but also the stories and cultural touches that made them special.
Everything was hands-on — we chopped, stirred, tasted, and really got to be part of the process. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and the end result was one of the best meals I’ve ever had (made even better because we cooked it ourselves!).
This wasn’t just a cooking lesson — it was an experience that gave me a deeper appreciation for the food and the culture it comes from. Highly recommend to anyone who wants something authentic, personal, and delicious.

Experience with feeling of being with family - Enjoyable in home, family cooking experience. Rocco, Carla, and Alexandro were delightful, sharing their cooking knowledge passed down from generations. There were lots of laughs and good times sharing homemade wine and meal together.
