- Bè Genuine Home Experience - The meeting place is located a few steps from the main beach (La Praia), the NaturArte artistic route and the very famous Praiano watchtower. Once they arrive home, our guests will sit down to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get to work. They will prepare the starter, two types of pasta and sauce (depending on the preparation) and the dessert, using products from our garden or from our fishing moments, following our family’s recipes. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the handcrafted digestive or digestives. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience. The menu and recipes vary based on seasonality and the harvest in the garden and the daily catch. Below are some menu examples.

Welcome to our family! We are Rocco and Carla, and along with our little helper Alexandro and Mamma Annamaria, we eagerly await your arrival for a unique experience. Our shared passion for good food and our extensive experience in the restaurant industry have inspired our project: to blend culinary passion, family traditions, and wholesome food made with products from our land. Even Papa Beniamino (BÈ) delighted guests from around the world in the 60s with his culinary creations. Since 2019, we have dedicated ourselves full-time to offering hospitality that feels “just like family.” Nothing makes us prouder than sharing our recipes, traditions, and love for food, preserving its memory intact.

Such a fun experience! - What a great experience! My friend and I had so much fun during our time with Carla and Rocco as well as the other families/couples that were there. We learned so much about the culture and how to prepare different types of pasta/desserts. Would highly recommend this experience during your time in Italy!

Authentic - Great authentic, personal experience in the couples home. Sharing long time family recipes, home made wine, history all with a beautiful view. Food was simple but so tasty. Highly recommend

Best Fresh Pasta - After having many dishes of pasta throughout Italy, my favorite was the fresh pasta we made with Carla. She taught how to make long and short pasta and made a seasonal simple sauce with veggies. My absolute new favorite recipe that I will use at home. I love what they are doing with their business and very lucky to have experience their culture and tasted their family recipes. Enjoy your experience.

Great time with Home Cooking Class - Really enjoyed our time with Carla and Rocco. Very quaint location in their beautiful backyard with a large table for learning how to make fresh homemade pasta. Carla is a pro and guides us with ease through the steps. She is also a great cook and made us a delicious lunch with two types of pasta. Short pasta with a lemon zest and a long pasta with zucchini and onion. Both were extremely yummy. Loved our time with them and would visit again. Thank you for giving us a beautiful afternoon.

Unforgettable Experience - delicious food with authentic traditions - This cooking class was one of our favorite experiences over the course of our two week trip to Italy. Rocco and Carla are incredibly passionate about carrying on the tradition of authentic Italian cooking. I’ve taken a pasta making class before, but this one surpassed my expectations as we made everything from scratch, including shaping the pastas by hand rather than with a machine. The appetizers they served using fresh food from their gardens were delicious, as was the wine, which was ever-flowing, and the conversations we had with Rocco and Carla and the one other couple there, made the night full of learning, appreciation, and fun. Would definitely go back!!

Amazing food and great hosts! - Rocco and Carla were so kind, extremely welcoming, and accommodating. Rocco met us promptly at the pick up location and walked us to his family home. Our group had to leave early to catch the last ferry, but Carla and Rocco made sure to get through all the recipes before we had to leave. The food and drinks were amazing!!! Could not have had a better time. Highly recommend.

A highlight of our trip - We had such a great time during our cooking class with Rocco and Carla! They welcomed us into the outdoor space at their home, (with an awesome view) and made us feel like family. Loved the small group size of this class as well. Rocco and Carla made a great team and they're funny too! We met great people during our class and the pasta dishes were so flavorful. Their homemade wine was amazing, and the family's dessert recipe we followed was simple, and so, so delicious! We learned a little family history from Rocco, and after the class, they were generous enough to email us some of their family recipes. It was such a pleasure to meet Rocco and Carla, and intend to see them again if we get back to Praiano. Their class was a highlight of our trip to Italy! Highly recommend this class if you are in the Praiano area of the Amalfi coast, and want a less commercialized experience. 5 STARS!!

Good, not great - My husband and I did the cooking class this week. We had a good time overall but did not feel it was our favorite experience. It seems from other reviews that Carla and Rocco did the class together but for us it was just with Carla. She made many comments about how tired she was and had been working all day and made some comments about us having to get finished so she could rest. It was a bit off putting, especially since we spent a good amount of money to be there. Other than that, Carla was very knowledgeable and helpful in learning how to make pasta . It was not alot of food though, so we were a bit hungry after returning back to our hotel after.
The only other thing is that there should be more detailed information about getting to the class, as Google maps brought us to a completely wrong place and required us to climb multiple flights of stairs unnecessarily. We were tired and sweaty when we arrived which was not an ideal start.
Overall, it was a great way to learn how to make pasta in a very quaint and authentic environment.
