Once they arrive home, our guests will sit down to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get to work. They will prepare the starter, two types of pasta and sauce (depends on the preparation) and the dessert, using products from our garden or from our fishing moments, following our family’s recipes. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the handcrafted digestive or digestives. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience. The menu and recipes vary based on seasonality and the harvest in the garden and the daily catch. Below are some menu examples.

Welcome to our family! We are Rocco and Carla, and along with our little helper Alexandro and Mamma Annamaria, we eagerly await your arrival for a unique experience. Our shared passion for good food and our combined experiences in the restaurant industry have brought our project to life: blending culinary passion, family traditions, and wholesome food made with products from our land. Even Papa Beniamino (BÈ) delighted guests from around the world in the 60s with his culinary creations. Since 2019, we have dedicated ourselves full-time to offering you hospitality that feels “just like family.” Nothing makes us prouder than sharing our recipes, traditions, and love for food, preserving its memory intact.

Perfect cooking class! - Our group of four (moms and our adult daughters) was amazing! Rocco and Carla made us feel like family. We sat under their covered patio looking out over the Mediterranean. Their home is right next door and the land around includes olive trees, orange trees, and grapevines. Everything we were served was fresh, delicious and homemade from the wine to the marmalade to the olive oil! Great instruction and we are excited to put all we learned into practice. Highly recommend!

The Most Incredible Experience - The evening spent with Rocco and Carla was incredible. It was as though we were long lost friends just sharing a meal together! Their property is filled with generations of trees and gardens. Carla was truly the most amazing host who taught us so much about preparing pasta. We shared stories and laughed for 3 hours while enjoying the most amazing meal and wine! This experience should not be missed! We feel honored to have had the opportunity to share the evening with them.

Amazing Cooking Experience with Great People - Our cooking experience was amazing thanks to Carla and Rocco. They welcome you into their wonderful outdoor kitchen and into their family. We made two types of pasta and a desert and sampled their homemade wines. The ingredients were from their own garden. If you are looking for a non-touristy experience - this is it! Perfecto!

Book this, you will not regret it! - This cooking class was absolutely the highlight of our honeymoon. Rocco and Carla have such a beautiful space and family and were so welcoming. Not only was the food amazing, but we ended up chatting much longer than expected. Im sure we learned more in this one night about true Almalfi coast culture than our week stay in Positano. We highly recommend booking an experience with them if you are staying in the area!!! ❤️

Authentic and Fun - What a fun time with Rocco and Carla! They have a beautiful little spot in Praiano, close to where we were staying at Hotel Margherita. Just six people in our class, so it felt very intimate and personal. We had a delicious appetizer and wine (they made us gluten free versions for our two people with gluten intolerance.) Then we made an easy dessert together and fresh pasta (regular and gluten free.) Best GF pasta we've ever had. We highly recommend this experience!

Book this cooking experience NOW! - Rocco and Carla were perfection. Sweet, kind, helpful, generous, and funny. If you’re looking to book a cooking class on the Amalfi coast, this is the one you need to do. It’s not a big commercial. It’s in their home with their family recipes and the food was the best we had on our trip. They’re genuine Italian family that just love food and people. Do not book some large expensive commercial class when you can be in their home with their family recipes.

INCREDIBLE cooking experience in Praiano! - Our cooking class experience with Rocco and Carla was one of the best things we did in our entire 2 weeks in Italy. The kindness and care and skill and ease they shared in English was so impressive. It was enough instruction to be really helpful and there was no stress in the experience - all joy! I wish we could have done a dinner cooking class as well!

Well worth the money! - We went as a family (adult children)to this experience. All 5 of us had a great time. Rocco and Carla work well together to make a smooth, fun and delicious evening. The little touches were very special. The choice of menu and the wine added additional flair. The view was beautiful, and with Rocco picking us up and dropping us off at the designated location, made it very convenient.

Cooking class in Praino - My husband and I had a fabulous evening with Rocco and Carla! We enjoyed learning how to make fresh pasta and sauces in a lovely outdoor kitchen. I would highly recommend their cooking class in Praino! Can’t wait to go back!
