• Wat Krom Temple - Wat Krom, also known as Lower Wat, is situated on a small hill in Sihanoukville. Visitors can admire its distinctive Khmer architecture and enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean. The temple offers a glimpse into Cambodian culture and religion with its vibrant interior murals, ancient tombs, a procession of monks, a gold reclining Buddha, and a gold Buddha statue in the main temple.
• Wat Leu Temple - Wat Leu, or Upper Wat, is perched on a hilltop and provides a stunning panoramic view of the entire town, its surrounding beaches, and nearby islands. The golden shrine’s stone architecture is remarkable, especially the three-headed white elephants with Buddha statues atop a stone wall. The temple is home to Buddhist sculptures and features colorful murals inside. It remains an active place of worship, where food and fruits are offered on special occasions.
• Sihanoukville - The Independence Monument is located in a small park at the intersection that separates Sihanoukville’s city center from Victory Hill. The nearby shrine serves as a venue for significant religious festivals.
• Otres Beach - A visit to Sihanoukville would be incomplete without a stroll along its sandy beaches. Guests can explore Otres Beach, Sokha Beach, or other beaches to experience the tropical island breeze. A coffee break or lunch can be arranged upon request at one’s own expense.
