Departure details for the pick-up area will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp. The driver will strive to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. A clearly identifiable transport official will be waiting for travelers outside the airport arrivals or hotel lobby. A reminder of the pick-up/drop-off time will be confirmed one hour before the scheduled time. Any delays due to traffic issues will be communicated through SMS/WhatsApp. The transfer will follow the shortest and safest route. Bottled water will be provided in the vehicle.
