For airport pickups, your driver will meet you at the baggage claim area, holding a tablet displaying your name for easy identification. For hotel pickups, they will welcome you in the main lobby. We monitor your flight in real-time to adjust the pickup time for any delays or early arrivals, ensuring you don’t have to wait. Our complimentary waiting times are up to 1.5 hours for international flights, 1 hour for domestic flights (starting from your flight’s landing time), and up to 20 minutes for pickups outside the airport.

The day before your service, we will provide you with your driver’s name and phone number to ensure easy communication. If you encounter any difficulty locating your driver, our customer service team is available for immediate assistance.
