Excellent tour, good information, good time management - I really liked the tour and the guide since he put an environmental and development perspective on being in the Amazon, which is an aspect that is sometimes forgotten as a tourist. The tour included a little trekking which was beautiful. The food is delicious too and very local. The times are also well managed since both the walk through the jungle and the caxoeiras leave enough space to enjoy the place. Super recommended.

Incredible - Amazing experience. It's great to get to know Brazil and feel all the nature of the Amazon. I recommend the tour for anyone coming to Manaus

Wonderful day in the jungle. - We had a fabulous trip. We had read some reviews suggesting pick ups being an issue and not having enough time at the various waterfalls but for us, we had no issues, at least none due to Amazing Tours. Some of the other guests were inconsiderate and late but that was not this companies fault. We loved the trip, had enough time at each stop and despite the rest of our group being Portuguese speakers, Miguel (our guide) gave us individual commentary and explanations in English which was great. We would recommend this tour.

Amazon falls tour - It was an amazing day with our guide Miguel and co who created an great experience, the local guide at the falls was an absolute gem as he was so knowledgeable and experienced with patience, enduring our safety and so interested in each of us. We are a good group of the right size and what I really enjoyed and appreciated was that there were many Brazilians in my group. To me that is import ant as I always feel that if the locals are there then there is a sense of pride 😀 The tour operators have impeccable organisation and communication as well as ensuring that our experience is memorable, safe, and organised. I really appreciate the continuous information before my trip. As this is my first solo trip into Brazil, as a experienced lady traveller; I have been blown away by the operations, care and kindness 💕 I will definitely come back.

Not as advertised for English speakers - I’ve never given a bad review before, but I don’t want other non-Portuguese speakers to go on this tour and have a less than awesome time because they didn’t get what they paid for. If you like hiking, it’s worth going on for the experience of seeing the waterfalls (which are indeed beautiful!). Two issues: - There is very little English translation (and at times, none), which is not what is advertised. - With that in mind, it’s overpriced for English speakers. Firstly: I don’t expect anyone in Brazil to speak English, unless it’s their job. In this case, the tour is *advertised* as such. The tour guide started off translating into English and then just stopped like an hour in. He was giving long, detailed histories for minutes at a time in Portuguese and then… nothing. That was moderately annoying at first, but it became a serious problem once we were on the trail. The English speakers were put in our own group for translation. Then the guide who spoke English inexplicably decided to go with a Portuguese-speaking group instead, leaving us with a local trail guide who spoke zero English. It was a safety issue because we needed instructions about which way to go, what we should avoid, etc. If you just want to see some waterfalls, it’s overpriced, because it’s a round trip bus ticket, a lunch (albeit, a delicious one), and pretty minimal attention from a tour guide. I say it’s a bus ticket instead of a tour because there were 20 people in my group, and English speakers are basically ignored. To put that into perspective, a round-trip bus ticket to Presidente Figueirado is 70 Reis, which is about $15. A similar lunch in Manaus would be around $4.

Not worth the money because of little information in English and false advertisement of the waterfall - As with almost all other tour operators, tours and guides - almost no English. Tour guide with dreadlocks not very interested in the group. Best part of the tour was the walking part to the cave with an amazing english speaking guide called Mario. The waterfall itself is definitely not what you expect. A pool is built around it so there's not a whole lot of nature. Lunch was very good in terms of quality and quantity. The tour is definitely not worth the money, but it gives you something to do if in Manaus for a few days.

Very disappointing visit - The pickup was good. The walk in nature itself was nice but I bought a ticket for English speaking tour. I expect then a guide who can explain at least a little bit, but unfortunately no guiding in English. The waterfall is super disappointing, its just a kind of waterpark. Not a beautiful fall in nature. So i do not recommend this tour, for ne it was a waist of money

CRIMINALS AND LIARS - Horrible, I don’t recommend it at all. They were harassing me while I was trying to get my refund since they put me in a wrong bus to go to the waterfalls. They suggested me to leave the bus in the middle of the road. I was PREGNANT and the sir named Leonardo was simply DISGUSTING. STAW WAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Misleading propaganda - We booked this tour for 7 adults and 5 children, with the cost of R$300 for adults, and 50% of this value for children from 6 to 10 years. The route included a visit to the waterfalls of Iracema, Sanctuary and Urubuí and the Cave of Maroaga. We asked if the tour to the cave was feasible for children, since in our group there was one 4 years old and two 5 years old. We were confirmed that it would be appropriate. On the day of the tour, the Guide Miguel informed that to get to the cave it would be necessary to perform a trail in closed forest for 2 kilometers and 800 meters, about 1 hour to go and 1 hour to return. The Guide himself said it would be complicated for the little ones and took us to the Aqua Viva Spa, an extremely rustic place with no structure. Dirty bathrooms, no discharge, no sink water and no toilet paper. We stay there for 1:30. Then we went to Urubuí (held on the tour), for lunch. We had about 40 minutes for lunch in a place with scarce food for the whole group and at no time the Guide proposed the visit to the Urubui waterfall, probably because there was no time. Then we went to the Asframa waterfall, which had not been hired. We stayed there for 1h and returned to the hotel in Manaus. That is, we spent most of the time inside the bus, none of the waterfalls we hired were visited and we were still "deceived" about the part of the cave that was impossible given the conditions of the group. Who sold us the tour used bad faith to make the sale that cost more than R$2500. We contacted those responsible for the company that made the return of only 1/4 of the amount paid, and the "correct" would be at least 50% or maybe 100% since the company sold something that did not comply. How many more tourists will be fooled? DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY!
