Freedom Park - Freedom Park is a place of inclusivity, tolerance of diversity, trust and transparency. The museum aims to narrate the story of the African continent - from the dawn of humanity, through pre-colonial, colonial and apartheid history to the South Africa of today. It is a centre of knowledge aimed at deepening the understanding of the nation.

Union Buildings - The Union Buildings located in South Africa’s capital city Pretoria, is the official seat of the national government and the site where Nelson Mandela was inaugurated the first democratically elected president in 1994. There is a nine-metre-tall statue of him with his arms outstretched to symbolise his embrace of the whole nation.

Nelson Mandela Square - Nelson Mandela Square, offers an exclusive shopping and the finest dining experience, situated in the richest square mile in Africa Sandton. It was renamed in 2004 March paying homage to the man himself, the mall is home to an iconic statue of Nelson Mandela doing the famous “Madiba Dance” with over 300 stores from local and top international brands.

Sanctuary Mandela - Sanctuary Mandela celebrates the life of iconic freedom fighter, peacemaker, statesman, and father of the South African nation, Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela (1918-2013). Constitution Hill Human Rights Precinct - Constitution Hill functioned as a prison during apartheid era, known for its harsh treatment of prisoners and political activists. There is an exhibition called ‘Nelson Mandela: Prisoner in a Garden’ that details his life as a prisoner in the Old Fort and on Robben Island, and which includes some of fascinating and heart-wrenching letters with the outside world. Nelson Mandela Bridge - Was opened in 2003 by Nelson Mandela, the bridge is the largest cable-stayed bridge in southern Africa located in the city centre. The bridge soars over more than 40 rail lines, linking the Newtown and Braamfontein towns and symbolizing the unity for which Mandela was known.

Newtown - The Chancellor House is a building that once housed the first black legal practice in the South Africa, the law firm of Nelson Mandela and Oliver Tambo, trying to help people who were accused of crimes against apartheid laws. A statue of a young Mandela as a boxer stands opposite, and is a tribute to his early beginnings in the city.

Apartheid Museum - We visit the Apartheid Museum, here you will learn about the events of apartheid and go through the Nelson Mandela exhibition. The museum illustrates the rise and fall of apartheid. Designed to give visitors a sense of the apartheid policy of segregation that was enforced in South Africa from 1948 until 1994, the world-renowned Apartheid Museum has a new exhibition documenting Mandela’s struggle against racial discrimination.

FNB Stadium - We stop at the FNB Stadium which hosted the 2010 Soccer World Cup Final. It was also the venue where Nelson Mandela made his first appearance after being released in 1990 and also made his last public appearance in 2010.

Mandela House - Mandela House is the house where Nelson Mandela lived with his family, located in the most prestigious street in the world Vilakazi Street. Mandela donated the house to the Soweto Heritage Trust in 1997 and it operates as a museum and for those who want to pay tribute to him.

Hector Pieterson Museum and Memorial - Visit the Hector Pietersen Museum; where you will get an overview of the events of the 1976 Soweto Student Uprising. The memorial was launch by Nelson Mandel in 1992 to commemorate the students who lost their lives and those part of the march.
