Good experience - We went on 2 different day tours with them, as well as two airport transfers. All of those were as good as they could have got. Stanley helped us with the arrangements via text messages, and he was very friendly and helpful throughout. We felt like we were in good hands even before we arrived in Surabaya. The drivers all showed up on time and the cars were in good condition. They did not speak very much English, but we all got by without too much hassle - sometimes with the help of Google Translate. Aji took us on both day tours, and he was a good guy. Again, he did not speak much English, but even then we quickly were able to sense that he went about his work in good faith, and genuinely was trying his best to keep us safe and help us enjoy our holiday. My family liked him so much that my children insisted on buying him a couple of gifts at the souvenir shops before he dropped us off at the hotel at the end of the second tour.

Safari - It was almost a 2 hour drive from our hotel. Was a life time experience to watch animals so close and also feed them. There is a good arrangement of security and very well maintained.
