The tour incorporates an exciting ATV ride through trails lined by lush vegetation and breathtaking vistas, followed by an optional petite hike to a stunning waterfall before returning to the vehicle, and consequently to the coffee estate.
Upon arriving at the estate, we are welcomed by the hospitable farmers and are treated to a delectable traditional lunch prepared with numerous farm-fresh organic ingredients.
Post lunch, we begin to understand the coffee business and manufacturing through a thorough briefing.
After a theoretical session and a Q & A round, we become a part of each stage of the coffee procedure: harvesting the kola nuts, separating the beans, rinsing, fermenting, desiccating, winnowing, torrefying, and pulverising.
