Memorable time with Valon Shkodra - I had a lovely day exploring Kosovo with Valon Shkodra. Some of it was on foot walking through Prishtina city. We had a wide ranging conversation covering everything from Balkan history to local cuisines to the Kosovo war of 1998-99, thevrelatuonshio with the U.S. etc. Valon being a trained PhD anthropologist was more than just a tourist guide, he very structured in the way we discussed everything. Prishtina is a very walkable city and so were the other cities we went to. I truly got a full sense of the country. I later asked Valon to drive me into North Macedonia and Montenegro as well. There’s nothing like having a local person showing you the entire region and becoming friends in the process.

Excellent friendly guide - Valon’s brother Jeton was our guide. He was knowledgable and so helpful. He took us at a relaxed pace through old Pristina and drove very carefully too. These things make such a difference when children are part of the group. He engaged with all of us from age 10 to age 50. All our small requests were accomodated with a pleasant style. Highly recommended.

The best guide for Kosovo - An excellent, informative, fully engaging tour with Valon. He speaks English fluently, is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly…a delightful companion for the day! He is also a very good driver and focuses on the comfort and enjoyment of his clients. My husband and I have traveled the world and can wholeheartedly recommend Valon if you want to discover the best of Kosovo.

One day Amazing tour in kosovo - Kosovo tour We took a private tour day with a very professional tour guide "Valon Shkodra" it was on 19 july 2022. There were a ready made tour programs suggested by "Valon" which were not fitting 100% to my interest. So we told him more about what we like to see & what is not. He made a wonderful day tour program which we enjoyed 100%. Valon is a polite, on time, will organized, very professional guide. I will highly recommend him to my friends. Thanks a lot "Valon" for the amazing tour in Kosovo.

Had the time of my life in Peja with Valon! - I had an absolute blast with the guide Valon Shkodra! He educated me so much about the past of Kosovo and was very positive, entertaining and welcoming. He showed us more in one day that I thought was even possible. Took us to the mountians, ziplining, waterfalls, rivers, mosques, catholic monastery and more hidden spots with beautiful views. Along with a unique city "Peja" where he introduced me to traditional food and drinks. This experience exceeded my expectations I had a great time that I will never forget. 10/10 recommended!!!
