The driver will meet the passenger at the airport pickup area, hotel reception, or port arrival area. The driver will hold a sign with your name and provide a contact number in case you cannot locate the sign. Additionally, the driver will send the vehicle number and their contact information to the passenger in advance. The transfer begins at the airport arrival and ends at the hotel reception, or vice versa if starting from the hotel. For groups of more than four passengers, a Mercedes Vito, V-Class, or EQV will be used, while a VW ID.4 or Tesla will be provided for groups of fewer than four passengers. We also offer airport and intercity transfers.

We offer private transfers between the airport and the city at the best prices, including free waiting time at the pickup point and a professional chauffeur. Upon your arrival, the chauffeur will greet you, assist with your luggage, and confirm your destination. Once you’re on board, the chauffeur will drive you to your hotel or planned destination. The car is equipped with water and a charger for your convenience. If you’re visiting Tromso for the first time, the driver can also provide you with some city tour information. We are flexible and can accommodate changes to your trip without additional costs, based on availability and prior planning.
