Smooth process. - Easy to book online. Good communication. Nice clean vehicle. Punctual driver. I was able to pay in advance with credit card, when many others required wire transfers (I was booking for a relative not for myself). In short, everything went smoothly.

Excellent transfer! - Excellent transfer. Contacted me before hand to let me know he would be waiting at the airport exit and to look for a sign with my name. This made it very easy to find him amongst all the people. Very comfortable van to relax during the transfer. Highly recommend.

Pleasant to a certain extent - We were told the driver would wait for us at the airport exit but there was no one, not even a sign with the company name on. Then a young guy came to us and followed us to a car which was alright. We used the taxi service again 2-3 times during our vacation and most of the times its was pleasant but due to the traffic it got cancelled and we forgot one of our personal items in the taxi, it was very complicated getting in touch with the driver and we had to pay to get our item back + taxi

Very disappointed. - I wouldn't call this a luxury transfer, no way near it. Was quiet disappointed. Wanted to give the family a treat and arrive at our destination with comfort. Transfer had no air con, no water or wifi as listed. Only good thing was they arrived on time.

False advertising: The most disgusting vehicle I've ever been in - The van was old, dirty, and worst of all it smelled of urine. Nothing like the advertised pictures. In the first 15 minutes, the driver slammed on the brakes, causing a flood of condensation to fly out of the vent above our seat, covering us and our things in water. The driver seemed kind and carried our bags, but spoke NO English despite what was advertised. Nothing about this experience was at all "luxury".
