I mess up, but they made it right! - I needed to book dependable transportation for my clients who were going to Punta Cana to celebrate a 50th birthday and relax. I had accidentally booked the wrong location but both Viator and Silky Sands Tours helped me get it all corrected! After all, I was paying for this as a gift from my agency! My clients texted me upon arrival in Punta Cana and said Silky Sands Tours was GREAT and assured me I had made the right choice for them.

Smooth ride - Waited 10mins at the arrival for our driver. Smooth and pleasant 40mins ride from the airport to our hotel. Would recommend to others.

Excellent fully recommended! - Excellent private service! Car was extra clean, they always arrange in time and you could order beers and champagne to have in the car ready!

Late - Shuttle picking us up from the airport was an hour if not a little over an hour late. Was told he took another ride and I didn’t understand why when he was booked and already paid to be there a set time for our ride. Ours should’ve been priority.

Avoid this transportation service - I booked this transport service for round trip private transportation to and from the airport and hotel for my vacation. When I arrived, the driver was not there. Someone met me on foot and we waited on the car. The person Jay must have been a sales rep. I asked Jay about how do I schedule my pick up and he told me to message him in WhatsApp the night before. The shuttle arrived. The driver was very polite. Before I left, Jay (who did not ride with us) also let me know to message him in WhatsApp if we wanted to do excursions. I told him I would and hopped in the shuttle. The driver was friendly and got me their safely. HE is the only reason why the rating isn't 1 star. Day 2 of a 5 day trip, Jay reached out to see if we wanted any excursions. I told him we wanted to just relax. He said, "Ok". On day 4 I looked for a confirmation email on pick up time...NONE. I waited for the advertised courtesy call I was supposed to get the night before...NONE. I messaged Jay who brushed me off (I assume due to me not getting an excursion). So, I called the company directly to ask about when I would be picked up and I was hung up on. I finally called Viator and was able to get a refund. Bottomline: If you don't want to introduce stress on your vacation, do not go with this company. Things happen, but a company that cares about its customers would take extra effort to follow through on their service.
