Driver’s free waiting time:

The driver is entitled to leave the meeting point (Hotel or Airport) if the passenger does not show up after the free waiting time, and the vehicle will be released with the full amount charged.

- Luggage Allowance One large size of Luggage up to 30kg allowed per passenger plus small handbag. In case of extra luggage its passenger responsibility to book an extra car or taxi to transfer the extra luggage to his hotel.
