You must provide us your flight details (Flight number and ETA), the number of passengers or type of vehicle you will need, and the hotel address or place you want us to take you to.

Our driver will be waiting for you at the Arrival hall holding a signboard with your name on it.

• Domestic arrivals: Please come to the A1+A2 area from the main gate, where all drivers will display the name board.
• International arrivals: Please come to column no. 9-10 GF to meet the driver.

If you cannot find the driver, please go to the “Information Desk” and call us using the phone number on your voucher.

1. The price is per car (we use cars with 4 to 7 seats for 1-4 people/group) and the quoted price is fully inclusive, with no hidden charges.

2. The pickup and drop-off are included in the city center of Districts 1, 3, and 4. Other districts will incur a surcharge, as follows:

• To Districts 5, 10, Tan Binh, Phu Nhuan, Binh Thanh, Go Vap… plus $3 USD
• To Districts 6, 8, 11… plus $5 USD
• To Districts 2, 7, 9, Binh Tan, Thu Duc… plus $8 USD
• To Districts 12, Hoc Mon… plus $10 USD
