Your trust transfer in Cancun - Excellent experience with Beto Go Travel. We booked a round-trip and on the day of our arrival, despite our flight being ahead of schedule, Ezekiel was waiting for us at the airport a few minutes after we had left the terminal, in the same area where we were instructed to be picked up. On the day of the hotel pick-up, Eduardo showed up 10min earlier than stipulated, which we greatly appreciated as we had a little more time at the airport to walk calmly. Very respectful all equipment and efficient in communication. Thank you so much guys!

Our New Go To Airport Transport Company - Absolutely fantastic service and communication. Driver was timely, kind, safe and a joy to speak to. Tabi’s is now our go to airport transport company.

WARNING : DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! - I’ve used BeToGo Travel for the past three years, multiple times a year. But this last experience was so frustrating, so poorly handled, and so dismissive, I won’t be using them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values clarity or professionalism.
I’m not sure if the guy I was messaging yesterday and today is the same person I’ve always communicated with but he was rude and very unpleasant.
The last time I booked them, which was a few months ago, no one showed up at my scheduled pickup time. I had to call them to follow up and see if they were going to show and ended up rushing to find another driver to avoid missing my flight. They ultimately sent a guy to pick me up but I was late to the airport.
That’s why this time, I went out of my way to confirm the reservation in advance. I didn’t want a repeat of that level of carelessness.
Despite confirmation the day before and again the morning of, the driver went to the wrong entrance. I messaged immediately with exact location details and even sent a photo of the street-facing lobby where I was standing. Instead of simply correcting the mistake and sending the driver to the right place, the response I got was laced with sarcasm and deflection: “Well, it seems you are still inside because the truck is there.”
I’m not sure why this man felt the need to even message that to me as a customer instead of just say, "My apologies for the mistake, Im sending the driver to correct door". He insisted on arguing with me via text about where the entrance is. His behavior is not at all how a grown man should behave or speak to a customer. It was passive-aggressive, patronizing, and disrespectful—especially given that I had gone out of my way to avoid another mishap.
Furthermore, when I mentioned that I’ve been a consistent customer of theirs and that his behavior is rude, his response was, “Well if I’m rude, don’t use our service”.
So I am taking his advice. Below are a list of companies you can use for airport transfer instead. They each have hundreds to thousands of satisfied customers with excellent customer service reviews and I would imagine they wouldn't dare be rude to their loyal clients. Stranded - They didn’t wait for us, even though our flight was delayed by 1 hour and 20 minutes—which they should have been monitoring. The driver left just three minutes before we got through immigration. I kept them updated the whole time, so there was no excuse. They eventually sent another driver, but honestly, this should never happen in the first place.
