The best private transfer service in Jamaica - Long post alert. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Desmond Brown from Jamaica Eternal Tours. From the moment we first met him in March, just my husband and I, we knew we had found someone special. Desmond went above and beyond to ensure our wedding trip was a success, which is why we decided to use his transportation service again for all 58 of our wedding guests. Desmond was responsible for the round-trip service to and from the airport, and he coordinated transportation for every event we attended off the resort during our stay in Jamaica. On Thursday night, he took us to Blue Beats, and took to stop for street food after the club. On Saturday, he was taking us to Club Elevate. Even when we were too tired after the wedding to go out, Desmond showed up without hesitation and offered to refund our money when no one wanted to go. On Sunday, he took us souvenir shopping and even treated us to a bonus trip to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Montego Bay. Desmond wasn’t just our driver; he became a friend who genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. The day of our wedding brought unexpected rain, and I was in tears when we realized we needed a tent that the hotel couldn’t provide. Desmond stepped in to help us find one, showcasing his incredible attention to detail and commitment to our happiness. Thankfully, we ultimately didn’t need the tent, but it was a comfort to know that he was there to support us in a stressful moment. Additionally, we faced a challenge with packing our 16 suitcases, especially my wedding gown with its three-foot train, which needed to be vacuum sealed to return home. Desmond once again came to the rescue by delivering a vacuum to our hotel, allowing us to repack everything properly. As a thoughtful gesture, he even gifted us with wedding gifts, including a beautiful wedding frame and some amazing-smelling perfume. Desmond is truly a hidden gem in Jamaica, and anyone would be crazy not to book his services. He’s not just in it for the money; he genuinely wants to see you have a great time, and he builds lasting relationships with his clients. Now, Desmond has become a part of our family, and we affectionately call him "Uncle Desmond." Every time we return to Jamaica, I will always book Desmond Brown with Jamaica Eternal Tours. Safe and Reliable Transportation - My driver Desmond was outstanding. He reached out before the trip to share pick up information. He was on time at the meet-up spot he described, and was very courteous and informative during the ride to my destination. I learned alot about Jamaica! The return trip was just as pleasant. Beautiful Jamaica made effortless - Mr Desmond provided time, safe and relaxing transportation around the island. I initially booked transportation to and from my hotel but the customer service was so good, he was our transportation for the reminder of the week. As a visitor from the US, I've always heard about the famed KFC flavor. He waited with us in a long drive through line. Had an enjoyable time and will definitely book again.

Jamaica Eternal Tours and Transportation - AMAZING!!! - Desmond was recommended by my sister-n-law as they used Jamaica Eternal Tours early this year when they came to Jamaica. This company was EXCEPTIONAL our entire trip! Our arrival to Montego Bay was delayed by several hours and I was able to keep in contact with Desmond via What's App to keep him informed. We were supposed to arrive around 4pm, but did not arrive until after 10pm local time, but our driver Randy was there waiting for us upon arrival to the airport. Desmond and his team are AMAZING and I highly recommend. We are planning to head back to Jamaica in December and Desmond will be one of the first I will be contacting!!! We used Jamaica Eternal Tours for our excursions as well. I will be writing a separate review :-)

Excellent Service - Excellent service and well accommodating. We was a party of 30 and people were traveling on different flights. They accommodated us from pickup to drop off. They was on time and before time. Excellent service and will defend use again. The communication was awesome.
