disapointed - The pick up from airport was wonderful. But when we were picked up from hotel the car was extremely small and we barely fit with all our luggage.

Perfect no worry or hassle airport shuttle - Great communication. They followed my flight and knew I was late. Israel was courteous and very helpful. Highly recommend. Gracias!

Zero issues on pickup/flexibility, issue on communication - If you use this place, note that they won't directly respond to texts on Sunday it seems! Driver managed to show up regardless - we got delayed at a connecting city overnight - but they were very flexible and took us to a cooking class on the delay that we would have missed otherwise. They saved our bacon but left us pretty anxious on if we'd get picked up.

Shuttle showed up a half hour early and left us stranded at 4:30 in the morning and will not grant a refund. - If I could zero stars for this service I would. Paraíso Huatulco was the company that I booked for a 4:30am return trip to the Oaxaca airport. I booked the trip through Viator eight days prior and every subsequent email I received (four of them) confirmed a 4:30am pick up. We were outside at 4:20 waiting for the shuttle. After 20 minutes of standing around in the dark with a bunch of drunks I saw a message from 12 hours prior saying the pickup would be for 4:00. I didn't check my What's App so never saw the message and if I had, I would not have accepted the time change because that was way too early to go to the airport. They did not email or text me the time change, they just used What's App. We were able to hail a taxi for an additional $18USD (after paying Paraíso Huatulco $38.00USD). I reached out to the company asking for a refund because we didn't use their service nor did I agree to be picked up earlier than my scheduled time. They flat out refused so I am taking up the issue with PayPal and Chase. At this point it is not about the money, it is about the principal. The company that Viator sent to pick us up when we arrived in Oaxaca was great, but apparently they contract with 6 different companies and we just happened to be assigned to the lousiest one for our return. Total scam. I think the company must have had other trips booked around the same time so they decided to change our time at the eleventh hour. Buyer beware.
