Airport transportation - Our driver Eduardo was great. He waited for us to due flight delays. Also provided helpful info in the drive to our place.

Zero issues on pickup/flexibility, issue on communication - If you use this place, note that they won't directly respond to texts on Sunday it seems! Driver managed to show up regardless - we got delayed at a connecting city overnight - but they were very flexible and took us to a cooking class on the delay that we would have missed otherwise. They saved our bacon but left us pretty anxious on if we'd get picked up.

Business doesn’t communicate full terms of the transfer. - In general, whoever communicates via WhatsApp wasn’t very pleasant. Our ride from the airport to our condo was fine. The driver was a little reckless but whatever. The company never communicated their late policy, and on our return they tried to leave us because we were taking too long to bring our bags down. Someone in the office (apparently the “boss”) made up a price of $350MXN to take us to the airport or else they would leave us. I don’t care about the $350, but if there’s a late policy it should be communicated clearly to clients upfront and not extorted from them when they have somewhere to be.
