Accurate Destination Selection
Ensure you select the correct destination when booking. If the selected service does not match, you will need to pay the difference to adjust to the correct amount.

Multiple Terminal Pickups
For arrivals with multiple flights, we offer pickups at different terminals for an additional fee of $15 USD.

Time Tolerance
For transfers and departures, a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes is allowed. After this time, it will be considered a “no show.”

IMPORTANT: If you book incorrectly, you will need to pay the difference for the correct destination or rebook the appropriate service.

Our service is completely PRIVATE, so you will NOT HAVE TO SHARE the vehicle with anyone else.

If your hotel or Airbnb is not listed, don’t worry. When making your reservation, you can provide us with the name of your destination, and we will ensure you get there without any issues.

The private transfer is SAFE for solo travelers, couples, and groups of up to 8 PASSENGERS.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
