Amazing trip to Bali! Ask for Gusmank for your private driver - We had an amazing time in Bali and had Gusmank as our private driver 2 times. One day we went to Ubud and the second day we went to Ulawatu. No tourist should drive in Bali as the drivers are crazy the roads are narrow. I would highly recommend asking for Gusmank. He took us to great restaurants, spoke great English and made my family (wife with 3 boys ages 11, 8 and 2) feel safe. I will definitely be recommending Gusmank to anyone luckily enough to visit Bali.

Febri is de best !! - I had a lot of fun on this tour and did many things here with my family, Bali was extremely beautiful and fun! I’m so glad that Febri (our tour guide) was able to explain questions we had about Bali clearly to us. He literally is a chill guy hehe. - We had a great time. Febrian served as our private driver and guide for 5 days and he took us to beautiful waterfalls and temples and shopping areas and the monkey forest. Febrian was great through the whole trip and he helped us understand the culture of Bali and he was very patient even as we changed plans and he had very good recommendations of places to visit.

Fantastic car charter service; an enjoyable way to see Bali at your own pace - We booked a two day car charter with Bali Golden Tours in June 2025, after reading positive reviews here. My emails were responded to quickly by Adika in the office. I made a few changes but they were patient and professional. Be aware that you must pay in cash on the day; no deposit was required. We chose a car charter rather than tour because we wanted a relaxed trip, rather than a tour guide. This suited us but Bali Golden Tours also offer good tours and I expect you can customise them. We had the same driver for two days. Febri is sych a nice guy - professional and friendly. Febri said he enjoyed his job and had worked there for two years. Febri drove carefully and we felt relaxed and comfortable during the two days. We had planned two itineraries; one for the east and north. Febri drove us to our three requested stops in East Bali and we enjoyed the different sights. We visited two sights alone and Febri joined us at Tirtta Gangga and took some great photos of us. Our north Bali day was more flexible and we followed Febri's suggestions to rearrange the schedule. He suggested a drive-by at Handara Gate and we were happy with that - as queuing for hours is not relaxation. We went to a coffee plantation he suggested instead and that was enjoyable. Febri joined us for our visits to Ulan Danu Beratan Temple and Jatiluwih Rice Terraces and took some good photos of us. While you will book for a 10-hour car charter, we advise that you are more relaxed and go with 8-9 hours, even though it's the same price. You will feel more relaxed and your driver can finish work earlier too. We also booked a one-way airport transfer to leave Bali. The driver Tama was professional and friendly. He chatted with us but then left us to relax, which was perfect. Overall this is a 5-star company with excellent drivers. I would recommend you book your Bali car or tour with them - you won't regret it! We had a bad experience with a different company when we arrived in Bali, as I had used my regular UK-based transfers agent to book the airport transfer. Don't make the same mistake, just book directly with Bali Golden Tours.

Big Budi number 1 - Our driver Budi was very professional, entertaining and accommodating for our 5 night stay in Canggu. He was quick to respond to queries and always on time. His car was very clean. Budi had great energy and kept us safe throughout our adventures. Will recommend Budi to friends and family.
