Petra Day Trip From Amman - From the flawless Hotel Pickup in Amman to the very kind driver, the entire experience was awesome. Would recommend starting earlier in the morning (such as 5 or 6am) since Petra gets more crowded later in the day. Guides at Petra are fixed at 50 JOD which was useful for photos and explaining the sites. The car was stocked with soda, snacks and water which was appreciated. Our driver, Mohammad was very good. No complaints whatsoever.

Best birthday experience ever - We are a very well travelled couple (50+ countries) and have celebrated my 40th birthday in Jordan, with our parents. As we have high standards and expectations when travelling, we have to say that Mohammad surpassed those. Mohammad is extremely kind and attentive, for example he was waiting for us at the airport with big birthday balloons and made a beautiful ‘Happy Birthday’ sign for me; our car was very clean, stocked with water, various drinks, snacks and a fruit basket (he even remembered who drank regular Coke and who drank Diet Coke); during our time on the road, he made sure we only stopped at very clean toilets; we received excellent wifi in the car and a power bank; and so on. Every detail was taken care of. While driving, he was calm, polite and respectful, and responded swiftly if we had any questions. He never tried to upsell us, but rather found ways for us to save money. At all times we and our parents felt safe and at ease with him. Mohammad is very knowledgeable about Jordan and helped us to plan this trip to perfection. We visited the Dead Sea, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba and Amman. He was everywhere with us and was available 24/7. We would highly recommend Mohammad to everyone visiting Jordan, especially for the first time. It is not easy to find all information online if you’re not doing an organized group tour, but thanks to Mohammad we seamlessly experienced Jordan and would absolutely come back. Truly a VIP experience.

He ensured that we were comfortable, on time and assisted us with planning a memorable visit. He took us on a personalized visit to Amman market which was superb. Great driver for wonderful stay in Jordan - Big Thanks to Him! - After deciding to visit Jordan, the question of finding a driver arose. I was very lucky that Mohammad from Joyful Roads agreed to drive me during my 11-days stay there. Before the trip, he helped me a lot in defining the sites to visit and planning the route; the communication with him was perfect, and none of my questions went unanswered. All of this encouraged me to go and to have him as my driver throughout the stay. Once there, everything was perfect, far beyond what I dared to hope for. Mohammad was incredibly dedicated and kind, accommodating my last-minute requests, sometimes waiting for long hours at the sites to give me time to visit and take photos, or stopping at spots along the way to admire beautiful landscapes. It was important to him that my stay in Jordan went as well as possible, and he was always ready to intervene if necessary. Of course, everything described in the other 5-star reviews is completely accurate and well-deserved. The car was in perfect condition, comfortable, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, water, coffee, and snacks for small cravings. Note that he was there every day on time, and his driving was just like him: pleasant and calm, truly no stress at his side. During the trips, he talked to me about his country, local customs, and recommended a few restaurants in the stopover cities. More than just a client, I was a guest in his eyes, and it was with sadness that the trip ended because after 10 days by his side, I left behind a friend in Jordan. From the moment I messaged him on WhatsApp weeks before our trip, Mohammad was super helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and even helped reorganize our tight schedule to make the most of our time in Jordan. Thanks to his connections, he set up some unforgettable experiences, in Wadi Rum desert , camels and such as a stunning dinner at Sun City Camp, where we were warmly welcomed by an incredible people. During the trip, Mohammad was always on time, super friendly, and thoughtful. His car was spotless, smelled great, had perfect AC, Wi-Fi, and even good music—he surprised us by playing songs from our home country, which was such a nice touch! . He ensured we stayed hydrated, keeping snacks and water/soft drinks readily available in the car. As a coffee lover, I was delighted that he made sure I had every time an Arabic coffee cup, which I had missed so much. We also got to try a Jordanian dessert, Kanafeh and wow—it was delicious. He checked in after every activity to make sure we were happy and having the best time. His pride in his country was evident, as he shared fascinating insights about Jordanian culture and history. This, combined with his and other Jordanians' warm hospitality, made us feel completely at home and safe throughout our journey. By the end of the trip, I told myself I’m definitely coming back to Jordan someday, and without a doubt, I’ll book with Mohammad again to anyone planning a trip to Jordan. Best driver in Jordan! - I don’t usually write reviews because I don’t always get the quality of service I want, but I felt compelled to do so with Mohammad. From start to finish, he provided excellent private car service during our trip to Jordan. I tend to get motion sickness in the car, but I never felt a thing when Mohammad drove. He was careful and mindful, making our journeys smooth and enjoyable. He was always polite, friendly, and extremely patient, especially when waiting for us at the airport. His service really began when I first contacted him via WhatsApp. He helped us tailor our itinerary and answered all of my questions, including concerns about traveling to Jordan due to the war in neighboring countries. Mohammad reassured me that we were safe, and his calming presence made a big difference. Throughout our trip, Mohammad handled all the transport, always arriving on time, which was incredibly important to me. He went above and beyond by having coffee ready for us, taking great care with our bags, and ensuring the car's AC was at a perfect temperature. Additionally, he provided WiFi, snacks, juice, and water to keep us refreshed. When we were in Wadi Rum, he even offered to let us borrow the WiFi if needed. Do not fall into the same mistake we had - My husband and I went to Jordan during marathon visit and decided to take a short tour to do Jordan. We contacted this so -called company (which is not a real company), only an individual who sells tours. In short, this driver "Mohammad" was more interested in stressing us again and again while driving us around to make commissions. This happened on many different occasions, he stressed us to buy products from the Dead Sea during the tour, to buy mosaics, even restaurants, in Amman, Petra, and Aqaba. He has good talking skills, but his intentions were all about stealing our money. We did not enjoy the trip because of these problems.
