Ha Giang City –Pac Sung Pass - Heaven Gate – Lung Tam Village - Yen Minh - Hmong King palace - Dong Van Town

Ha Giang - The tour begins at our office in Ha Giang City or at your specified address. The tour guide and driver will provide a safety briefing on how to ride safely behind our driver and wear protective gear for motorbike riders, along with details of the tour itinerary.

Dốc bắc sum viewpoint - On your first day, Ha Giang Easy Riders will guide you through some of the most impressive scenery, featuring spectacular landscapes and breathtaking views. Our team will drive you into the mountains and along winding roads before ascending Pac Sung Pass, which is over 1000 meters above sea level. Here, you will notice a cooler temperature and can enjoy the first panoramic view from Pac Sung Pass, where you can take pictures and enjoy some coffee at the top.

Quan Ba Heaven Gate - After taking in the view from Pac Sung Pass, you will hop back on the motorbike and drive through rock limestone mountains and villages, experiencing beautiful scenery. You will then arrive at Heaven Gate, where you can see an amazing landscape and a huge, deep valley. After enjoying the view, our riders will drive down to the deep valley to visit the hidden village of Lung Tam, where the Dao Minority people live. Here, you will have the chance to visit a local family and learn about their culture.

Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark - We continue driving past Quang Ba to the town of Tam Son, where you will start to see the amazing rock limestone mountains marking the beginning of the Karst Plateau Geopark. We will stop at a viewpoint for lunch, where you can see beautiful terraced rice paddies.

After lunch, we continue to Dong Van. On the way, you will see the Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark, a major geoheritage site in Vietnam, featuring terraced rice fields, thousands of limestone rocks, and magnificent views. You will also see hidden villages in the valley, where people work on the land, giving you a taste of rural North Vietnamese countryside life. Before reaching Dong Van town, we will stop at the residence of the Vuong family, known as the “Hmong King Palace.” The trip will then continue to Dong Van town, where you will stay overnight at a hotel. After dinner, you can explore Dong Van’s ancient town nightlife.

Dong Van Town - Lung Cu Loop flag pole - Kayaking or Cruise on The River– Ma Pi Leng pass – Meo Vac

Lung Cu Flag Tower - After a delicious breakfast, we leave Dong Van Town. Our Ha Giang Easy Riders Team will take you to see the loop of Vietnam near the Chinese border and visit Vietnam’s national flag tower. We will ride for over an hour to reach the flag tower, where you will walk up to the top to see a panoramic view and the Chinese border. You will also see villages at the bottom of the valley, offering a spectacular landscape for great pictures. After the loop, we will return to Dong Van town for lunch.

Ma Pi Leng Pass - After lunch, our Easy Riders will lead you to the most beautiful part of the journey, Ma Pi Leng Pass, located on the Happiness Road connecting Dong Van and Meo Vac. This legendary pass is known for its craggy cliffs and breathtaking views and is often referred to as the “king” of the passes in Vietnam. The road winds through cliffs and over Ma Pi Leng Pass at an altitude of 2,000 meters. To showcase the full beauty of the pass, we will ride down the breathtaking Sky Path to admire the valley’s scenery, including the 48-step snake road, one of the most impressive roads in Asia, leading to the Nho Que River.

Nho Que River - From the mountain viewpoint, you will experience a 360° view of the amazing pass, one of the hardest roads in Vietnam. We will ride down to the river to enjoy a cruise on the Nho Que River, with activities such as swimming or kayaking. You can also take unforgettable pictures of the Ma Pi Leng Pass. Standing on the peak of the pass, you will feel overwhelmed by the majestic mountains and rivers. We will continue our journey to more distant villages, where you will learn how people live in remote parts of Vietnam. We will then continue to Meo Vac for an overnight stay.

Meo Vac – Mau Due - Road M - Terrace rice paddies Valley - Du Gia Village - Waterfall

Du Gia - After breakfast and saying goodbye to our homestay host, we continue our journey. Today, we will see more spectacular landscapes with limestone mountains emerging from deep valleys. The roads are amazing, passing hidden villages and the M-shaped road. We will ride up Mau Due Pass, where you can see beautiful terraced rice paddies and hidden villages of the Dao Minority, as well as a large tea farm. We will then arrive at Du Gia Village, home to five ethnic minorities: Tay, Nung, Hmong, Lo Lo, and Kinh. We will have lunch in the village, followed by a relaxing power nap. In the afternoon, around 3 pm, we will visit a waterfall where you can swim, before returning to the village for an overnight stay at a traditional Tay Minority house.

Du Gia – Duong Thuong Village - Lung Khuy Cave - Quan Ba - Ha Giang City Back to Hanoi

Lung Khuy Cave - After breakfast and saying goodbye to our homestay host, we continue our journey. Our last day will still bring amazing experiences of nature and landscapes. We will take the road back to Ha Giang, but the attractions don’t end there! After two hours of driving, we will reach the famous Lung Khuy Cave, which is around 300 meters in length and features magnificent stalactites and fancy shapes that will stimulate your imagination. We will then cross Quan Ba town and see Nui Do Mountain.

Đèo Bắc Sum - Some people say it looks like a fairy’s breasts! After crossing Sky Gate, we will return to Bac Sum Pass. After an adventurous ride, we will be back in Ha Giang in the afternoon, in time for you to take a bus or limousine back to Hanoi, or you can take a night bus back to Hanoi, depending on your schedule and plans after the tour.
