When booking a private transfer, a detailed description will be provided, including all personal data, selected dates and times, and the driver’s contact information. Communication will be maintained before and on the eve of the flight, and support will be provided throughout the journey. The driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall at the scheduled landing time. After meeting, the journey to the hotel will commence in a larger sedan or similar vehicle, all covered by travel insurance (APP).
