Zakopane excursion! - Our trip to Zakopane was incredible. Our tour guide, Christopher absolutely made the trip! He was full of knowledge and so accommodating throughout the entire experience. Zakopane itself is absolutely stunning, and because we were there early it was quiet and peaceful up in the mountains. After being up in the mountains Christopher took us to Zakopane town centre which was bustling and had plenty of shops and restaurants. We then made our way to the thermal baths for a relaxing swim! Overall me and my girlfriend had an amazing trip and we can’t thank Christopher enough for being so accommodating.

Michael is the best tour guide ever!! - Wow, wow and WOW!!! Michael must be the friendliest and most informative tour guide ever!!! This trip was awesome and it's a must... You see such amazing scenery, culture and such beautiful buildings and churches. The thermal spa added on the end was just incredible. I was buzzing the whole day and couldn't wait to show the pictures to all my friends and family. We did the Auschwitz tour also with this company and again amazing service. I have told the hotel Jan to promote your fab company also as I worked in travel for over 25 years and this has to be the best company that I have ever used and sincerely mean this. Michael deserves so much credit and recognition and he deserves to go far with this company..A huge thank you as we loved it so much and we will be back and without a doubt will be using your services again.

Zakapane trip - Excellent guide/driver. Thank you Matteo. Highlights included the authentic shepherd's hut and trying the different local cheeses. Baths very new and clean if perhaps a little smaller than the photo suggested. Even without snow, it was a truly magical trip and well worth paying slightly extra for a private tour. Views of the mountains lovely. Matteo kept us entertained and was very knowledgeable about the local area.

Looking for Something Different - This Is Your Tour - WOW - This trip was amazing. After a week of touring cities and the soul-crushing sites of WWII, a trip into the mountains, to be surrounded by nature, explore the smaller elements of Poland and soak in some hot thermal waters was exactly what the doctor ordered. Our guide, Michael, was fantastic. Fun, funny, engaging, and completely invested in making our experience awesome. We started out visiting the tiny town of Chocholow to see the wooden homes up close. Our guide took us into a woodworkers home so we could get a peak inside. Next we crossed into Slovakia (just to say we did), and headed for the cheesemasters of the Polish highlands. Here, he had us taste a view varieties and grilled us slices... wow, yummy. Next stop was Zakapone, the winter capital of Poland. The weather gods graced us with a perfectly clear day to see the stunning views. Michael walked us around town, and took us up the rail for the views on top of the ski area. We took pictures and pestered him with as many questions as possible (you need to see the viewing beach up there). Back down at the bottom, he brought us to the oldest church in the are, full of history for the highlanders and the highlander cemetery - a mix of Catholicism and nature - just unique. When ready for lunch, he dropped us off at a delicious local restaurant filled with highlander delicacies and left us time to shop. And once we filled our bellies and emptied our wallets, he brought us to the spa. From here, we watched the sun set from the hot pools. It was so relaxing and stunning, the throngs of people stuffed in the pools melt away. And after 9 days of endless touring, ending the day at the spa was perfect relaxation. My feet, back, shoulders thanked me, my head just registered bliss. This tour is the exact opposite of hectic. It was the perfect way to end a tour through Poland - at the southern border, watching the sun set on the highest points in the country, with a belly full of good food and a fantastic guide that showed you a wonderful time. Spending hours in the car with him was a pleasure - we enjoyed his company and willingness to answer all of our questions about the region, the culture, the food and customs. On the way back to Krakow, we chatted about bigger Poland questions and were sad to leave. We had a fantastic day with him. Simply a perfect tour guide. Consider this trip a must see!

Great individualised trip - We were picked up in a people carrier and it turned out to be just us on the tour. " Call me Dave" ( no matter how had we tried we couldn't pronounce his Polish name that did start with an S; sorry). We then picked up Bart who has training. We headed off to Zakopane and had Dave was very keen for us to say what we were interested in to make it individualised. Went high in the mountains and had breathtaking views over the valley. So strange to see so much snow and children not building snowmen as they are so used to snow! We went to lots of churches, looked at wooden house and architecture. We strolled through the town centre, visited an art gallery and the cemetery which was one of the highlights of the tour. On to the thermal pools where we ate lunch ( not expensive) and enjoyed the pools ( see other review). We hired towels for £1 . Then on to the wooden village and back to the hotel. A very enjoyable day. Both guides were very knowledgable and their English was excellent. Highly recommended.

"Slightly disappointed" - Zakopane and the other stops were excellent but the "thermal pools" were slightly disappointing as the site is a glorified swimming pool with a couple of hot water pools and lots of indoor jacuzzi. Was expecting something more natural and smelling of sulphur!
