Good experience - Very reliable and great communicator. I went on a trip to Gorillas and also Akagari national park (on a different day). Both interesting experiences and the I was picked up exactly on time with very good communication, including helping me sort out my PCR test result when it was delayed. Would recommend.
I did find out (during my trip) that you could choose to wake up earlier and cross into Uganda to view the gorillas and that would work out quite a bit cheaper. I would consider doing this if I did it again.
