Professional company and driver with stress free travel. Definitely worth the money. - We booked a luxury sedan and were picked up in a very impressive luxury SUV. We had instant communication with the company and our driver. Just like the description says, they send you a text before you land and so when you turn your phone back on, the text comes through and you know exactly what to do. We did not have to worry about anything with Jet Black. This is an amazing company with extremely nice vehicles. Our driver was professional, friendly and the ride into the city was relaxing. I've been in NYC Ubers and they are quite scary at times with the way the traffic is and with Jet Black, our ride went smoothly and was enjoyable. We had water bottles waiting for us in the vehicle as well. I will use Jet Black for all my transfer needs in the future.

Mom and daughter trip to New York - My daughter and I were in New York the 1st week in April. We actually had round trip from the airport to our hotel and from hotel to airport when we left. The service was great our driver met us in the airport when we arrived he was on time waiting for us at baggage claim. He was very professional and personable. The driver that took us back to airport was as well was very professional and helpful with our luggage. He dropped us off right in front of our terminal. I will definitely use this service again if I make it back to New York.

Transportation NYC - This company advertises black vehicles with well dressed drivers. I was taking my 80 yr young mom on her first trip to NYC. I wanted a fun elegant travel to our hotel. ..so when a white Honda showed up with a man in flannel pants a t-shirt, a stroller in his trunk and a dirty car, that was not the experience I had planned for my mom. Our driver was very nice but had a lot of complaining to do....just how you want to start your vacation. The total on my original reservation was $61.26 showed up on my credit card as $101.47. To compare...we asked the hotel about a return drive to LGA....clean car, well dressed driver.....$65 cash.....book wisely my friends. Call your hotel and ask them for a pick up at the airport. This company was extremely disappointing.
