Look for a representative holding a blue Airport Transfers sign with your name on it, who will meet you at the designated meeting points in each terminal. Depending on immigration, customs, and baggage clearance times, you will be met 45-60 minutes after landing.
Meeting Points for Heathrow Airport: Terminal 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith & Terminal 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee.
Meeting Points for Gatwick/Luton/Stansted Airports: All terminals: In front of Costa Coffee.
