While navigating the upper reaches of the Zambezi, witness the enchanting spray from the iconic Victoria Falls. The Zambezi River, Africa’s fourth-longest river, is the continent’s longest river flowing eastward and the most voluminous river discharging into the Indian Ocean from Africa. Originating in Zambia, this 2,574-kilometer (1,599-mile) river courses through eastern Angola, skims the northeastern edge of Namibia, borders the north of Botswana, and then forms the boundary between Zambia and Zimbabwe before traversing Mozambique to its mouth at the Indian Ocean. A sumptuous three-course meal accompanied by drinks will be served as you sail. Post-cruise, you’ll be escorted back to the Pure Africa Waterfront to connect with your driver for the journey back to your accommodation.

Fantastic afternoon, very romantic. - Absolutely lovely way to spend a couple of hours on board Kalunda. Captain Daniel, Hostess Yolanda and Chef Kainos gave us a fabulous lunch ( delicious - excellent, actually) while peacefully navigating along the Upper Zambezi. Helped out by the crew we saw all sorts of animals, lots of photos, and learned a bit about the river.
This is a very romantic trip for 2 but they can cater for up to 6. Reasonable cost, too. Very highly recommended.

Elegant and lovely - What an elegant way to end our trip through the Botswana bush. Our pontoon boat was lovely, as were our Captain, server, and chef. It was just two girlfriends and everything was so elegant and lovely cruising the river for two hours having lunch. Highly recommended!
