Thankful I had a service I could depend on. - They were in constant communication from the day I made my reservation. They texted me, warning me to travel past all other taxis and services. Just as they said, they were standing outside waiting for me. Nice clean ride, informative driver. The next day one of their agents met me at my hotel to confirm my ride back to the airport, flight number, time of departure.

Great service - The van was waiting for us at the airport and a friendly helpful driver took us into town. Very satisfied with the service. His name was Jimmy, but not sure of the spelling, with Huatulco Paraiso.

Great efficient transfer - Great transfer. We had 4 kids and 5 adults and the van had plenty of room. Great communication with the vendor

Great service, no complaints. - No problems at all. Our driver, Oden was waiting for us when we exited the airport in Huatulco, minivan was nice, driver was friendly. They kept in contact with us for the return trip. We changed our return trip time with no issue. Oden was there again right on time when we left for the airport. Great service. No complaints at all.

Great ride - So friendly and waiting for us with a sign. Lots of local information was given to us about making our trip here to Hualtulco even better.

Very Professional - My flight to Huatulco, Mexico was 2 hours delayed, however my Gabriel was patiently waiting for me with a sign. Shuttle Central communicated via text and send reminders for my return pick, which was at 6:15am. My driver arrived on time and even got me to the Huatulco airport before they opened at 7:00am. Definitely awesome service and clean vans.

Made a great vacation perfect!!! - Easy to sign up. Great communication. Reasonable price but a great price for how you are treated!!! I paid for an extra service since it was my wife’s birthday. Chilled champagne and roses were waiting when we arrived! The van was super clean (looked brand new). The driver was very friendly and we had a great conversation. I have used them two trips in a row and will use them the next time I visit Cancun.

Disorganized At The Airport - Shuttle Central sent multiple upon multiple contact regarding my arrival and scheduled pick up at the airport. Upon my arrival I eventually found the contact person who had my name on his board. He politely told me my driver would be there in 15 minutes. After about 40 minutes I found him again who said it would be another 15 minutes for the driver to arrive due to traffic. Five minutes later who wanted me to talk another gentleman in a blue shirt regarding my ride. I quickly told him I am not talking to anyone other than him since my travel was arranged with Shuttle Central. All of a sudden he said your diver is here and lead us to a van. The driver was polite and eventually got us to the resort. My departure ride was on time and even early. Polite driver who got us to the airport on time. Not sure if I would use Shuttle Central again but then again they were provided by the trip package I purchased through Travelocity.

SCAM ALERT - Don’t use (Scam alert) this company won’t show up and if they do is at their convenient time, they work with Expedia and are the worst! They won’t refund you and will try to blame you for their mistakes! Don’t risk it

Waste of time - Our flight was slightly delayed. We contacted the shuttles ahead of time but they cancelled the shuttle anyways. Claudia was not accommodating at all. Ruining the start of the trip
