Good driver, pleasant transfer - We actually did a transfer from a Montego Bay area Hotel and a Negril hotel. The driver was very nice and professional. He drove very well and avoided the bumps along the way. He also shared some of his knowledge and experiences as we went. It was a very nice ride to Negril

Reggae Tours Easy to use - The service was super easy to use. The drivers to and from the resort were friendly and on time for both trips. The trip from the resort to the airport is about 2 hours and service helps you plan accordingly.

Reggae private transportation - We have used Reggae private transportation several times. Drivers are always prompt and polite and vehicles are spotless. Will continue to use this service in future trips to Jamaica.

Great Experience - I was very pleased with Reggae Tours. Used them for private roundtrip transfers for me and my family, MBJ to Azul Beach Resort in Negril. I emailed for a quote and received a quick and professional response. Once I confirmed, they were very thorough with pick up details, policy and etc. When I arrived, the lady at the corner/desk of Reggae Tours at MBJ, was very friendly and helpful in physically showing my husband where to grab a bite before heading to resort and me a restroom for my toddler. The driver from the airport was very nice and shared a lot about Jamaica during our drive (I wish I could remember his name.) Coming back I was more impressed with the vehicle, very clean, spacious and seemed newer. I am a travel agent and will certainly be doing business with Reggae Tours in the future. I highly recommend them!

On time, competent, and safe - On a recent trip to Jamaica's west end (Negril) we didn't want to endure the multi stop hotel tour typical of the resort airport transfer scene and so we chartered a private transfer using Reggae Tours. They are located in the central court which can be a little chaotic but we were found them after a few minutes. The associate at the desk made a call and walked us outside and over to the location our transport was waiting. She provided us with 2 bottles of water, introduced us to our driver and we were on our way. The drive is typical for most Caribbean islands with narrow pot hole filled roads, impatient drivers, and motor cycles passing in-between traffic lanes. It can be a little overwhelming if you are not accustomed to it. Our driver was competent and patient and we felt safe during our trip. We had many conversations about the islands culture, food, beaches, and pretty much what ever we wanted to know. The time drifted by between picturesque views of bays and hill-scapes and before we knew it we were turning into our property. I would use them again with confidence.
