For airport arrivals: The driver will consider your flight’s landing time or the specific pick-up time you requested and will wait for 1 hour after this time. If you are delayed, the driver cannot wait due to other reservations, resulting in a “NO SHOW” with no refund.
For departures: The driver will wait 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time at the hotel or private address. If you are late, the driver cannot wait due to other passengers and reservations, resulting in a “NO SHOW” with no refund.
