You have the flexibility to select your desired pickup time. A 45-minute grace period is provided from the scheduled pickup time. If contact cannot be made after an hour, the driver will be released.

Cruise Port Pickup Procedure:
• After disembarking from the ship, collect your luggage and proceed through customs and immigration.

• Exit the building to the transportation area and locate the “Limousine Phone” through Door D, which will connect you directly to Vancouver Ports Personnel at the off-site limousine holding area.

• Provide your name and mention that KJ Limousine Services is your chosen limousine service.

• The limousine will be dispatched to your location within 5-10 minutes from the off-site holding area.
